We will meet with you to discuss your return and offer tax strategies to minimize your tax payment. After all of your questions are answered, we will e-file your return. This is the fastest way to obtain your refund from the IRS.

You also have the option to store your tax return and supporting documentation on our secure servers so that you are 100% paperless.

Next year, we will send you a tax organizer that will list the documents you will
need based on the previous tax return. Of course, you can contact us year round if you have any questions.

We are not bookkeepers. We are accountants that offer services which include bookkeeping. We utilize our expertise and experience to review and analyze our clients financials. If you have a question, we will answer it. By outsourcing your accounting function, you can enjoy a higher level of expertise at a fraction of the cost of in-house staff.

How It Works

You or a designated employee uploads, faxes, emails or mails any financial related document, such as a vendor invoice or credit card bill, to Magellan. Magellan's accountants will promptly review the information and make the appropriate journal entries in QuickBooks®.

Magellan can provide streamlined receivables and payables processing, check preparation, online bill payment and interfacing with your payroll vendor.

All documents received by Magellan are converted into electronic form (typically Adobe PDF® format) and stored in an electronic filing cabinet.

Magellan's Web Portal enables you to access your books, manage your receivables and payables, download reports and access your filing cabinet at any time from any Internet-enabled computer.
