How to Demand Respect as A Teacher 

There are many schools of thought about how to get the most out of your students. This video is of the 'scare em' into listening to you school. I'm not sure that I agree with that philosophy myself. Personally, I think that a teacher needs to be flexible and try to see which classes require a fear inspiring teacher and which ones do not.
