Scott Livingston is a man with ideas not of the average sort. When he dreams he thinks pretty big. He goes for the vision of the dream and hopes for the best.

In truth would we all like to be that way? Well, this dream paid off. He is the creator of the Team Builder Forum. One of which exceeded even his own dreams.

I was number three registered in the forum. And in six short weeks it seems to have risen to 334 registered members. All with the same vision of increasing our business' together.

Team Builder urges people to join the First Team Build.

As Team Builder grows and revenue from the Team Builds start rolling in Team Builder will start promoting the links of the companies that are chosen for a Team Build...effectively helping the growth of the downlines in those companies.

Unfortunately Team Builder and membership have to choose from a large group of great companies...and only choose a limited number to build on. It would be madness and a financial disaster for everyone involved if Team Builder was spread to thinly trying to promote a whole bunch of companies.

Team Builder Had to start some where so we have a current build that is on going. The way this will work is we will do team builds with certain network marketing companies and everyone who uses the forum will be informed and can join if they wish, then once an alloted period of time has passes the ADMIN will spend money promoting the companies link online. This will mean everyone who joined through this forum will get a downline in the said company and ADMIN will continue to build week after week.

"It takes a village to raise a child" and the same rule rings true in business.

There are some critical or key traits that will help anyone be successful.

For the most part, successful people in general and specially entrepreneurs share these traits.

Self-assurance. They believe in what they are doing. To succeed you must believe you can achieve your goals. There is no I'll give it a try mentality.... They have an I'm going to do it mind set and attitude.

That's why I call the word "Try" a four letter word! It gives you an easy way out! It gives you a sense of accomplishment without actually accomplishing anything. "I gave it a try"....goal completed. Your must believe you can achieve your goal or goals.

Determination - I you have ever been told that success online is easy , you have been told the biggest lie perpetuated across the Internet. There is no easy road to success online...just as there is no easy road offline.

Being successful requires constant and steadfast determination. There will always be ups and downs in any worthy endeavor. You have to take the time to learn, specially if you are new, then you must put what you have learned in to action.

If your marketing or promoting method isn't producing results. Use a different method until you find one that works.

Persistence and tenacity will always win over procrastination.

Short-term and long-term objectives - Setting specific goals is essential. If you want to make let's say $1000 per month...break it down to let's say...first break-even.....then $300 per month by such and such a date. Get what I'm saying? Setting broad goals sets you up for frustration and disappointment.....resulting in you quitting!

Setting goals is like having a user manual or map to follow. It will get you where you want be much easier.

Team. To the list I would add being part of a team. Even individuals that have come up with great ideas, technological or whatever...had to put a team together to bring it to fruition. So I recommend either to form a team or join a team that has goals common with your goal or goals.

I have been part of teams in the past that were a team by name alone. It was more of a every man or woman for himself or herself. At Team Builder I have found a Team that has goals that compliment my own. The Success of the Team and of Each Individual in the team. They do what they Say! I you may...they walk the Talk!

Perhaps it sounds corny or whatever but I believe in these words....Getting Rich Is A Team Sport.

Jose is a man of unimaginable speech and thoughts. He can turn anything that you have written into exactly what you are trying to convey to people. Most of the writings I would like to take credit for, but I would have to give him all the credit. For Example he wrote just about all of the articles in this lens. That is right! Remember the name Jose Farnot...This is not the last you will hear his name.

In his life he should have been a novelist for the fact of his writing. Something I have never personally seen until I had wrote something for the Team Build.

He came back with exactly what I wanted to say but had a hard time delivering it on paper. Just a beautiful style he does contain. Life, passion, and an asset to us all.

Jose is a great man who will achieve his dreams in business and bring his friends for the ride.

All countries, cities and towns have rules and laws to protect it.

Team Builder is, if you please, a small town striving to grow and bring prosperity to its citizens and it operates under specific rules. Rules that every member is expected to follow.

Our goal is to build a team of honest, not greedy, and like minded individual that have the foresight to see the profitability of such a team relationship.

Some might think that we are naive....so be it. But we are honest and upfront online and offline.

This is a remarkable lady everyone. And yes a very good friend of mine. Not only does she have time to take care of a forum, as Scott Livingston's right hand man, but takes care of 4 children and her wonderful husband. She has lived in Plymouth, UK all her life. And has been a successful internet marketer for the last four years.

She has taught me a lot about patients and a belief in myself when nobody around has. With Sammy guiding me I have not been disappointed and have actually learned how to succeed in a few profitable short months at my side.

To have her as a friend in business and life is a treasure that everyone must behold.

Our goal is to continue to study marketing through experience, books and other people involved in marketing and continually gain knowledge to help my fellow team builders to strive for excellence . To help create a stronger self confidence and a better awareness of our capabilities.

By taking advantage of the full benefits of getting in on the team build here, the potential income is going to be phenomenal once enough people really get on board the true concept behind this forum.

Trying to recruit and promote your own program enough to really succeed online is extremely difficult. Whereas, just for joining in on the build here, our members can have the opportunity to reach otherwise extremely difficult levels of success without having to spend countless hours and dollars promoting on their own.

We all started working online because we are social and like helping others to fulfill each others dreams. When I started out I was not taught the right way of networking with people at all. I sent out mass emails to people with not a single response. Or, with sending those mass emails I was thought of two ways:

A) Newbie!!! Stamped right on my forehead. Therefore an easy target.

B) Experienced and not really caring of anybody but my business'.

Seriously, does any of us really want to be thought of in either light? I thought not. You would not invite somebody to your home and start talking about business right off the bat. You want to get to know them. Have a pretty good dinner talking about life and sharing interests.

Maybe, have a beer on a hot summers day while enjoying the music blaring on the back deck. Talking about "old times" with your new found friend.

I never liked going to the bosses home for dinner where all we did was talk about business and the latest recourse. Most times I never stayed with the job if all they did was talk about the business. Never really relating with me as a person but relating to me as a number in their business.

If my boss related to me. I believe I would follow just about any path they went down. If they were sharing a beer with me. On that back deck while sharing where they were at the time that song blaring. And allowing me to relate in turn. I think I would be more apt to the stock suggestion that was mentioned. Wouldn't you? And how many times were you in the situation I described?

Simple rules of networking with people on network sites:

1) No mass emailing about the business you are in.

2) Genuinely care for the person and business they are advertising themselves.

3) Offer to help in any way possible to help them in their networking experience themselves.
