Pink Red Roses Teapot
An exquisite gift for your friend
I thought I'd start by showing you some of the teapot lamps I've already created. This one is a ceramic teapot with an electric candle lamp with the switch on the cord and uses a 15 to 25 watt candle bulb. Roses cascade over this exquisite teapot with pink and red roses on a white background and it is topped with a tailored, maroon hand-made shade. It measures 14" high. And costs $49 plus shipping. Grandma's Handmade Blue Rose Teacup Lamp
Another Teacup Lamp finished
Grandma's Handmade Blue Rose Teacup Night Light.
My Grandma gave me this teacup so I decided to make a lamp in her memory. It measures 10-1/2" high and uses an electric candle with a 25 watt bulb. The on/off switch is on the six foot cord.
The teacup is glued to the matching saucer and trimmed with gimp and silk flowers. The handmade shade is hardbacked with blue moire fabric and blue gimp trim.

This is the start of another lampshade for a teacup lamp. You can see the teacup in the back. The shade color matches a blue rose on the teacup. The glue is drying on the seam right now.
