Ted McGrath is known for his Fast Start abilities and his ability to execute. At 21 years old he was ranked as the 4th best agent out of 100 agents in his office at New York Life Insurance Company. During his seven year career with New York Life Insurance, Ted McGrath was a leader and a high performer who, among many distinctions, ranked as the 5th partner out of 500 partners in New York Life in September 2005.

Since 2002, he has received extensive training in a leadership and sales development program called "The Goal Cultivator". Within the "Goal Cultivator Community", he took a leadership and mentorship position by facilitating peer communities and leading 150 entrepreneurs in taking 'great ownership of their future'. Throughout his career, he has been involved in numerous leadership and sales development programs.

Ted McGrath is currently an owner of a company that specializes in business outsourcing called Echo Business Solutions. Echo provides virtual support to business owners through outsourcing services such as Web Solutions, Sales and Marketing Support, and Virtual/Executive Assistants. Echo's Headquarters is in India already providing Ted McGrath with an international presence. His vision is to transform the way people work and live, which will lead to a new era of fulfillment and awakening on the planet.
