Batiste gave the agent a list of shoe sizes for the Seeds of David members, and received the boots about a week after in December of 2005. Later Batiste asked for more supplies, including binoculars, bullet proof vests, firearms, vehicles, and 50,000 in cash.
In further meetings, Batiste provided photos of some of the discussed targets and promised a ground war against America that would begin with the destruction of the Sears Tower and be greater than 9/11.
