SimplyPATs 5 PAT Testing Software is the ideal software package for Metrel Beta and Omega PAT Testers, Seaward Europa and Supernova PAT Testers and the Fluke, Robin, Kewtech PAT Testers
When SimplyPATs is used together with a downloading PAT tester this software will automatically accept downloaded test results and these can be used to produce comprehensive professional looking PAT reports, documentation and detailed PAT Testing Certificates that can also be customised with your logo. Test results can also be put into Simply PAT Software manually making it ideal for older PAT Testers without downloading facilities.
Once downloaded your test data is displayed on screen in an easy to understand format, every piece of important information relating to each test is displayed on the main screen. The main screen of the SimplyPATs V5 Software is divided into two areas, one showing the Appliance Description, Site, Location, Test Date, Time and Retest Date for every PAT Test in the current file in a spread sheet type view. Simply click on a given PAT Test and the Test results together with detailed information such as charge and repair information will be displayed in the second screen area. ** Seaward PrimeTest 300 and PrimeTest 350 are currently downloaded using a separate utility that we provide free of charge to all SimplyPats Version 5 users. For more information and to request the utility, please contact us by phone or email.
** TRIO SmartCal Prologger II is currently supported by importing the Data from the manufacturers own STD Downloader utility. The STD Downloader Utility has a dedicated option to output (Export) the Data in SimplyPats format.

PATsPlus Utility
For downloading Seaward PrimeTest 300/350, IT1000, Supernova/Europa
This utility will allow users to download test data in ASCII format, from the PrimeTest 300 and
350, they then have the choice of automatically opening the data in SimplyPats or saving the
file in Excell format.
The User must set the download format in the PAT to ASCII when downloading not PATs +
Downloading in ASCII format rather than SSS format has some drawbacks, these are;
Test Limits are not downloaded: (don't confuse this with the Test Results, these are
downloaded)
The Location and Test Period (Retest Period): are not downloaded, however these can be
entered in one of the 4 comments fields after the test, in which case they can be downloaded
providing they are setup in the utility.
To explain further, the user can enter the following information into the PrimeTest (350 in this
case) before the test is carried out, this table shows what can be downloaded into
SimplyPats.

Obviously the 1st field would normally be used for the Appliance Description or Appliance
Description Abbreviation if the user is using this feature of SimplyPats.
NOTES Fields 2, 3 and 4 can be used for the following, however the user must stipulate in the
PATsPlus utility what they have used the fields for before downloading.

The User also has the ability to Replace any Blank Retest Periods with a Value set in the
utility.
