Joy is a 26 yr old Thai girl that grew up in the Isaan region of Thailand (northeast, farming area). She went to university and majored in English and now, after spending three years together she can REALLY speak English well.

Joy would watch her mom and aunts cook spicy Isaan Thai food when she was younger. When I first met Joy she told me she wasn't sure that I would like her Thai cooking. Well, I LOVED it. If she wanted, she could cook 5-star meals without going to culinary school. I'm not joking. She just has this natural ability that few have.
