In short, he's Robert F. Kennedy's assassin
They'll tell you what anyone who has honestly researched the case has known all along from counting the bullet holes in the walls, door jambs and ceiling: the tape has thirteen shots on it, while Sirhan's gun had the potential to hold only eight rounds of ammunition!
They'll tell you what the L.A. coroner, Dr. Thomas Noguchi has said all along, that RFK's wounds all came from behind, from closer than Sirhan EVER got to RFK and from a position Sirhan was never in, in relation to Kennedy's position.
And, of course, they'll tell you that "some say" a security guard, who was carrying the correct caliber weapon and was directly behind Kennedy was the probable shooter, but they won't tell you what anyone who has researched the case has known all along, but I will tell you right here.
His name is Thane Eugene Cesar.
Two FORMER Los Angeles cops, Manuel Pena and Hank Hernandez, who had moved on to work for the U. S. Central Intelligence Agency, were returned to L.A. to run the cover-up.

For forty years the mainstream media has played along with the cover-up...
...while the truth has been available to anyone willing to do the research, but you have to be a serious READER, my friends, to learn the truth!
Because the American system is designed to MIS-educate the people, you have to educate yourself (otherwise you'll wind up living in a country which wages unnecessary wars it can't afford and you won't understand how and/or why this happens).

Now, why do you suppose that is?
One might suspect that Wikipedia is afraid that Thane Eugene Cesar will sue them, if they publish that people even "allege" that he shot Robert Kennedy, however I and others like me who are willing to publish this as FACT, do so without fear of a libel suit, because we know that the last thing Thane Eugene Cesar wants is to have these allegations heard in a court of law where they can EASILY be proved to be factual by those of us who know the truth.
What is little appreciated is the fact that in Sirhan Sirhan's trial, his counsel stipulated that he was guilty, thereby making it unnecessary to hear the evidence which would have indicated that Thane Eugene Cesar killed RFK. The entire trial was a travesty.

Cesar ended up handling the security of the kitchen pantry, who got in and who didn't. As it turned out, everybody got in, including Sirhan and the people he was with. Sirhan could not have known RFK was going through there, unless someone told him so. RFK was turned around coming off the stage. We don't know who gave that order.
In the confusion of Sirhan lunging at RFK with the gun, Cesar (admittedly) pulled his gun from his holster. When interviewed by Charach later, he skirted the question of did he fire the gun. There were other guns in that room that night, and they were fired, too, according to witnesses. But, again, those witnesses were left out. SUS covered up everything not related to Sirhan.
Cesar was not "silenced" as someone else wrote here. He was last believed to be living in the Phillipines. Finally, Cesar was a Lockheed employee, and apparently had special security clearence there. Yes, he killed RFK.

- It's important to remember that INDIVIDUALS and GROUPS of individuals WITHIN the government and government agencies are who we're talking about. The importance of researching the subject is to narrow down the lists. The L.A.P.D. and othe P.Ds all over the country were in bed w the CIA at the time. That's why it was so easy for two CIA thugs to run the cover-up that passed for an investigation of the crime.

- First of all, he was motivated by those he worked for. Secondly, he WAS there. It was arranged for him to be there for that purpose. Thirdly, the facts have always shown that Sirhan couldn't have done it due to his position relative to Kennedy and that Cesar was the ONE person in a position to have done it. Fourthly, he claimed he sold his 22 before the assassination. This has been proved to be a lie.
It has been so many years; so many years filled with corruption in government, because of deception in government and by government officials. It's time for the truth to be told and endorsed by a government body.
ANYONE who honestly puts one afternoon of research into this case can see that the official investigation was a BLATANT cover-up.
But of course, because YOUR name is Cesar, you KNOW what you know.
