Thank someone today
Here's what you have to do: thank someone.
That's it.
In honor of thanks-giving, not just the American holiday but a universal spirit of gratitude, I'm inviting you to post a public acknowledgement of someone who matters to you. Someone who helped you recently, influenced you, changed you. Someone you maybe don't thank often enough.
Let's thank as many people as we can today, together.
(No fair thanking anyone at Squidoo... we're already grateful for everything you bring here every day!)
Here's how it works
Write a short thank you note to the person you have in mind.
Post it below.
After you've posted it, a little alert will pop up asking if you want to share the thank you note with your friends. Try it. And make sure the person being thanked sees it.
Who knows, someone might thank YOU.
Thank loud, thank proud
Who do you want to thank?
Fetching blurbs now... please stand byI want to thank...

Thanks for holding back on the "I told you so's" when I mess up and know it already. Thanks for calling me yesterday and helping me present my story.

I am grateful for the love of my wife and children and the support they give me. I am blessed by the daily teachings they offer me. I am especially grateful my mom is here to share this day with us along with my wife's family and their children.

I have to thank my LH (Lovely Hubby). He really meant the vows we made the day we married to love me "in sickness and in health". He copes with everything without complaint and is such a fantastic father to our two girls and to my son and daughter, from my first marriage. So much so that my son's partner told me recently that he hopes he can be as good a father as his step-dad.
He has been so supportive of my need to write and tries not to look too bored when I tell him all about my Squiday. He is my rock and I love him with all my soppy heart - I have tears in my eyes as I type.
I know you said we cannot thank anyone at Squidoo Seth, but I have to - Squidoo saved me from potentially sinking into depression when I contracted a life changing illness. I will recover, but the months I have had inactivity forced on me have been made more easy to cope with thanks to Squidoo. So thank you Seth and all the Squidoo team and thank you all the Lensmasters I have come to regard as my Squidfriends - I don't know how I would have survived the last few months if I had not found you.
