Why Do I Thank Lose The Back Pain?

I am thanking "lose the back pain "system because it helped me get my life back. That sounds dramatic and it was. I was at the point where I was spending most of my time at home, unable to walk much , drive, do anything I needed to do let alone what I wanted to do and I was becoming depressed.

I had been suffering with persistent low back pain and burning sciatica in both legs hip to toes for way too long; trekking around so many professionals and having so many tests and treatments which only gave temporary relief , if any. Lose the back pain system is the main thing which gave me relief.

I am in good company, over 30,000 People in 85 Countries have used the lose the back pain system to get relief from Back Pain and improve health and wellbeing...and I am here to tell you from my perspective my take on this back pain exercise system.

Here I am sharing information and articles which I hope may be helpful to you if you are considering any back pain relief and particularly "lose the back pain."

What is "Lose the Back Pain"

Could lose the back pain be your solution?

Lose the back pain system is a system of self assessment followed by specific and targetted stretching and strengthening exercises to help people suffering from back pain and sciatica symptoms.

It is a system you do yourself with support. You get DVD's, CD's and a handbook then do the assessments and exercises in the comfort of your own home.

It includes a wealth of information;

to help you the back pain sufferer to learn more about your own back.

back pain relief strategies

to empower you to take control

specific corrective exercises and action for the health of your back.

I cannot tell you if this is the absolute solution for you. I know first hand how frustrated you get looking for relief. However, if you are still in pain it is surely worth considering.

Many people have found relief from their back and sciatic pain through this system when other treatments failed...Why not you ?

With a money back guarentee - Potential high reward for no risk.

OR

Look for the Free Trial below which is a risk free way of trying out "Lose the back Pain"

It's a WIN WIN Situation for you.

If you try it and it does not work for you, send it back and you get your money back.

If you try it and it works for you, you get your life back and pain free :)

What is Lose The Back Pain "targetted specific" back pain stretching and strengthening exercise?

...as opposed to generic back pain exercises.

When I was doing my trawl around all the back care professions trying to get better from sciatica symptoms and pain I was several times, after an assessment, given exercises to do which were supposed to be good for my back.

I was given them on a sheet which I had to follow and do several times a day. I did them diligently and it did not help me too much. In fact one exercise used to make me a lot worse!

Why was this?

Since learning more I found that those printed exercises on a sheet were given to many people with back problems. Same exercises. Now they may well work for some people but they did not work for me. They were not specific to my needs.

So what are the targetted specific exercises?

With Lose the back pain you do a self assessment and find out which of the "physical dysfunctions" as they call them you have. These physical dysfunctions are oftentimes a result of muscle imbalances. You then follow the exercises for that particular dysfunction.

Different exercises for different dysfunctions...to address the muscle imbalances you have, to relieve the pain....makes sense?

You also send in your self assessment information to the support service and they may give you additional advice dependant on your circumstances.

So instead of generic one size fits all exercises I got a customised set of exercises which sorted out my muscle imbalances and got rid of the back pain and sciatica :)

Lose The Back Pain System

"Address the symptoms and the root cause of your back pain."

What does it mean in Lose the back pain about Muscle Imbalance?

Could muscle imbalances be the root cause of your back pain?

If you have heard about muscle imbalances great! If not do not worry , you are not alone.

A brief extract of an explanation from the guys who created Lose the Back pain.

"The reason you have back pain is because your body and spine have been pulled out of their normal position and into what we call dysfunctions...

If you are like most people, you move around and live your life without ever being aware that you are forcing your body to work with these dysfunctions, and sooner or later your body breaks down...

As you can imagine, it doesn't take long before this results in pain. It's very important to understand though, that these dysfunctions don't just appear out of nowhere - we create them!

Physical dysfunctions develop over time and are the direct result of imbalances between various muscle groups, what we call "muscle imbalances".
(Steve Hefferon/Jesse Cannone of The Healthy Back Institute)

Whatever system or treatment you do follow you need to treat the symptoms AND the root cause.

Treat the pain of course and if you can get to what is causing your pain.

My Muscle Imbalances...

I never knew muscle imbalances could be important in back pain and sciatica....

In my case I had very strong quadriceps(front of thigh) and very weak hamstrings(back of thigh). These imbalances together with others gave me an anterior or forward tipping pelvis which showed in excessive lordosis of the lumbar spine, which caused a lot of stress on the discs until they herniated and put pressure on the nerve which gave me pain.

The root cause of my pain was not the herniated disc. The root cause of my pain was the muscle imbalances which resulted in the herniated disc which resulted in pressure on the sciatic nerve which gave me pain.

The doctor had told me to stand up straight. I was asked if I had been a gymnast as my spine was so curved! The physio had told me I had to reduce the curve in my spine and that there was something wrong with my hip position; the osteo had told me that I had slippage of the vertabrae.

I knew from seeing X RAys and MRI that I had a very curved spine and that several discs were herniated, and I knew I had dessicated degenerative discs...but no one had told me about muscle imbalances which turned out to be key in my case...

Can you see why I am so thankful to Lose the back Pain?

I had tried everything except the more invasive methods but I could not cope much longer especially with the burning and tingling type pain in my legs, my inability to walk far, sit, drive etc and the very poor quality of life I was leading and was heading for surgery.

For me once I addressed my imbalances, my posture improved, my spine curvature became more normal,as I get it the pressure came off the nerve and I was free!!

It took a little while with me, it was not overnight, it was several months rather than days but it did help me get better! Do I still need to take care of my back, of course I do but I do not get pain anymore.

What is the Lose the Back Pain System? What is in the lose the back pain system DVD's?

OK lets cut to the detail on what the lose the back pain system is about and review what you get.

The "Lose the Back Pain System" is a self help system, to help relieve back pain and sciatica symptoms by addressing the cause as well as the symptoms and also has an excellant support service.

While many other treatments address the symptoms, often the underlying or root cause may not be addressed. This system addresses both the cause and the symptoms of back pain, the cause often being muscle imbalances.

It is different to the normal generic exercise routines you may be given if you have back pain and sciatica symptoms in that;

**The first and very vital step is that you assess what your imbalances are.
**You learn why muscle imbalances are so important if you have a bad back
**which muscles need to be stretched and which muscles need to be strengthened.
**you get a step by step guide on which exercises to do and how.
**then do specific and targetted exercise to address those imbalances.

WHAT DO YOU GET?

LOSE THE BACK PAIN SYSTEM comprises DVDs , CDs, reference manual and a workbook.

DVD 1 is educational with information about muscle imbalances and covers the assessments. The self assessments are a key aspect to the program because you identify what muscle imbalances you have and then can see which corrective exercises you will need to follow.

DVD 2 All of the stretches and exercises in the system are demonstrated by Steve Hefferon and Jesse Cannone themselves. These are the guys who developed the system. You can read their bios on their website www.losethebackpain.com but in brief their backgrounds are Steve is a massage therapist and Jesse a fitness trainer. They have both had significant experience in working with people with back pain. They developed this system along with doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists and other healthcare professionals...

Three audio CDs introduce the whole concept and approach, and discuss pain reduction strategies. The third CD covers specific conditions ie sciatica, herniated disc etc.

YOU ALSO GET;

A Reference Manual,
including photos and instructions, and pain reduction strategies.

A Personal Workbook for you to create your custom treatment plan.

Personal Support(Optional)to help you help yourself get the most out of the program.

5 Simple Steps to Back Pain Relief

Five step process to help eliminate your back and sciatic pain.Written by Steve Hefferon and Jesse Cannone of the Healthy Back Institute

Eliminate Back Pain Quickly Without Harmful Medications or Dangerous Surgery

5 simple steps for ridding yourself of back pain

Millions of people suffer from back pain unnecessarily when there is actually a very simple solution, according to Jesse Cannone , certified personal trainer and back pain specialist.

"Unfortunately, many people are led to believe that back pain is normal and were all supposed to experience it... well, thankfully, that's not the case. Eliminating back pain is not nearly as difficult as most people think or are led to believe... it can actually be easy!" says Cannone.

Here's the simple system that MUST be followed if you are looking for real, long-term, lasting relief:

1. Identify the cause - nearly all of the treatments people receive for back pain only focus on the symptoms and the healthcare professionals zoom in on only the problem area. The real key in eliminating back pain is to find out exactly what's causing the problem... and most of the time it's not even the back!

2. Address both the cause and the symptom - the best approach is a combination of treating the symptoms for pain relief while also addressing the underlying cause.

3. Be aware - many people suffering from back pain are not in tune with their bodies and during their treatment they do not realize what is working and what is not. In order to achieve long-term relief you have to understand how your body works, what's causing the problem, and what changes have to be made to correct it.

4. Consistent Focused Action - achieving success in anything requires consistency and focused action. Most people with back pain won't make the time to work on their problem each day... instead they take pain killers which mask the pain and allow them to cause more damage while they continue with their life.

5. Don't do what doesn't work - we already know that most traditional treatments for back pain don't work.... why waste your time, energy, and money? The real key to eliminating back pain is to identify the true cause of the pain and then address it with a combination of treatments to treat both the cause and symptoms. Over 80% of all back pain is caused by muscle imbalances... NOT a lack of pain killers or surgery!

Find out what's going on in your body and take action.

Review of the Pros and cons of "Lose the Back Pain system"

Summary of my personal experiences and understanding of the "lose the back pain system"

What good and whats not so good then about the Lose the Back Pain system?

First off I do believe in the "lose the back pain" system. Why? Well because I used it to help get rid of my back pain and sciatica and it worked!

I had tried many treatments which either did not work at all for me or only worked temporarily and I wasnt making any significant improvement.

My physiotherapy was stopped and I was referred to a neurosurgeon for consideration for back surgery.

I had a 3 month wait to see him and in the meantime I decided to try something a bit different...
Click here to find out more about the Lose the Back Pain System.
I found "lose the back pain" on the internet search and it looked interesting.I was reluctant to spend more money after all the money I had spent on various back pain reatments which had not worked for me.

However, "lose the back pain" was less than the cost of 2 treatments so I thought I would give it one last shot, and with a money back guarentee what did I have to lose?

Was I sceptical and worried about buying something off the internet fomr people I did not know? Yes.

Did I think I would be sending it back? OH Yes.

However I needn't have worried, it was all fine. Within 3 weeks I was getting relief I hadnt had in over 7 months and it was steady progress after that.

I had Steve Hefferon(one of the co founders) as my "coach" throughout my back pain recovery so I feel I got to know him pretty well.I probably drove the poor guy mad with all my e mails asking questions!! I do believe these guys to be honest and fair.

Six Things not so good about Lose The Back Pain.

Review of the lose the back pain system.

  1. It does require committment and motivation from you to follow through.
  2. There are no "instant" results, although many people have reported rapid pain relief, others (like me) take longer.
  3. It wont work if you dont do it.
  4. You dont have a professional taking you through each exercise and showing you or watching you while you do it.(but you do have the DVD's to refer to which demonstrate all the exercises)
  5. It may not work for everyone in every circumstance.(what does?)
  6. It does cost money.(but has to be said less money than a couple of most treatments)

Ten Good Things about Lose The Back Pain System.

Lose The Back Pain Sytem Review.

  1. The exercises are specific and targetted to the imbalances you identify in the self assessments, not generic.Having all the exercises demonstrated makes it very easy for you to check your form and make sure you are doing them as they should be done.
  2. You get to be in control of the way you look after your back.
  3. You learn to listen to your body and become more educated about your back. You do get a whole host of other information to help you such as back pain relief strategies.
  4. Many people get fantastic results in a relatively short timeframe.
  5. If you do it there is a good chance it will work.
  6. You dont have to do weekly or tri weekly visits to a healthcare professional to do your treatments. You do it in your own time to suit you and your lifestyle. There is no driving to appointments, parking, arranging for people to look after the kids etc...
  7. It cost less than a couple of treatments from a professional.
  8. If you do continue to have professional back pain treatments you can use what you learn to enhance those treatments and be more proactive in your care.
  9. You do have access by phone or email to optional personal support.( I felt I had more time to ask questions this way than I did in a quick treatment appointment.)
  10. You do have access to a very helpful back pain discussion forum. Lose the back Pain Discussion Forum.

At 70 years young The relief from hip and back pain was immediate!

Found lose the back pain to have a direct and caring approach...

"I am a 70 year old retired Fire Chief from the Chicago Fire Department. I thought that I was going to have to go on with a sore hip and back for the rest of my life. After spending 34 years on the streets of Chicago, with it's harsh winters, that was a reasonable expectation.
I received your system last Wednesday and started right away. The relief was immediate! I'm happy to report that your program worked just as I had hoped it would. Thanks for your direct and caring approach to resolving this painful problem. Last week I was ready to go shopping for a walking stick. Now I don't need one!"

My Back Pain story
Here I tell my story of the struggles I had with back pain and sciatica symptoms and what happened to me.

A personal story of freedom from neck pain and sciatica using Lose the back pain.

How lose the back pain helped with chronic neck pain and sciaitca she had had for years...

"Dear Steve and Jesse - Hi, it's Coralie here from Australia. I ordered your Lose The Back Pain System for what I would describe as chronic neck pain that I had been trying to manage for years, and also sciatica. After watching the video and carrying out your instructions for almost four weeks now, I would like to say that you two really are miracle workers. I had relief for my sciatica after a week and my neck pain has considerably improved. I realise it took a very long time to get my neck in such a painful state, and it will take time for me get it completely right. But I have relief right now and its just getting better every day. After years and years of pain, it does feel like a miracle to me - I cannot believe the answer to both my neck and sciatic problems was this simple - just carry out some simple exercises each day and begin the journey to becoming pain free. So not only do I thank you both for helping me personally, but I sincerely thank you for getting your valuable information out there and making it so easily accessible to those of us in pain and in need of the right kind of help.

Coralie W., Queensland Australia

Is "Lose the back pain system" for you?

Does "Lose the Back Pain " really work?

This is my personal view of Lose the Back Pain from my experience of using it. I understand what its like to have back pain and sciatica.I understand what it is like to try and fail, try again and fail.

I know the worry about pouring more money down the drain trying to cure my back issues.

I experienced Lose the Back Pain and I know it worked for me. For that I am very thankful. Please note this is my opinion and my personal experiences.

I cannot know what will be working for you. I can only go on my experience and what I have learnt from other people. If you think lose the back pain system might just work for you, give it a go.

I am no salesperson - I refuse to tempt you to buy with the "secret" this and the "cure" that.

If you don't try "lose the back pain system" that is no problem however you will not know if it could have helped you.It requires no more than your committment and some investment in yourself to work for the good of your back.

Listen to your body and see what works for you.

Do your research, check it out, read all the info and see if you think Lose the Back Pain will work for you. You will no doubt see many opinions-what you need to find out is if it is right for you and your circumstances.

If you look at the success stories here or on their website you will get an idea of what sort of issues people have had with their back pain and sciatica and that should give you some idea of if it will be of use to you.

The only way you will really know is if you experience Lose the Back Pain System for yourself.

It can be scary getting things off the internet. Sometimes people worry and ask Is Lose the Back Pain a scam?

Well heres how I measure Lose the Back Pain as NOT being a scam...

There is a real e mail address and a real telephone number. You can speak with real people. Steve Hefferon one of the co founders does a lot of the personal support work himself helping you to get the most from the system.

They do not take your money and run, they are there to give you support. I have e mailed Steve on many occasions and talked with him on the phone and got a lot of support from him to help me with my back and sciatic pain.

There is a money back guarentee...No one thing will be right for or suit everyone. The originators of this product know that and thats why there is a money back guarentee so if it does not work for you, you can send it back which seems very fair and risk free to me! Can't say that about too many treatments or information on back pain.

...but if you just tried it and worked for you as well as it did for me ...well that would be FANTASTIC!!

However as Steve says on the DVD" It will not work if you do not do it" referring to the fact that you do need to actually make a committment to yourself, go in with an open mind and see what you think.

Explaining Back Pain

Communicating back pain and sciatica symptoms

Many Back Pain conditions and the resulting pain are hidden and describing the pain can be difficult. Please feel free to check out this link for detail on how to communicate your pain more effectively.
How to explain your back and sciatic pain
One of the issues with back pain and siatica is that it can often be a hidden condition, you might look fine but you are in pain. No one can see it and it can be difficult to understand as the way we feel pain and interpret it can be different and very real for each person.

Pain can be very subjective and difficult to describe accurately. Yet often you may need to be clear about your level and type of pain. In order to facilitate understanding you can try describing your pain levels on a scale of 0-10.

It is especially helpful when talking with professionals as you both then are talking from the same scale and can see how you are progressing. If you want to you can keep a "Pain diary" or a "Pain free diary" or worksheet to record your progress. This is especially useful if you are following a course of treatment and want to see how it is working for you. For more on this please click on the link.

Then do the assessments, take you time over these and go back and do them again if you are not sure. You can do these alone but it may be helpful if you have someone with you.

When you have taken your photos and done the assessments, with the otional personal support, you can send your results off to the Healthy Back Institute for their consideration.

If you are clear which "dysfunctions " you have you can go ahead and start the exercises. If you are not sure wait for feedback from the healthy Back Institute, I always found them quite quick in response.

Your body is in pain and you are likely not used to the exercises so do take it slow and steady.

Ask for help from the support service (optional)as you need it.

Use the "Lose the Back Pain discussion Forum" to gain helpful advice and different perspectives from other back pain sufferers.

Hints for doing the "Lose the Back Pain " exercises

Suggestions from my personal experience of using the lose the back pain system

Your body is in pain and you will likely not be used to doing these exercises. Take it slow and steady at first.

You do need to give it a little time. Don't just use it for a week and then give up. I used it for three weeks before I started to see a difference. I am very glad I did not give up after a week!

You may find it helpful to do the exercises after a warm bath or shower.

Do the exercises after your body has warmed up a bit, so not first thing in the morning, get moving around a bit first.

Start gently and go only to your tolerance. This is not a no pain no gain thing. Only go as far as is comfortable for you.

People like to do the lose the back pain exercises in different ways to suit them. Some people do the whole set of exercises for their condition every morning and evening, others like to do the exercises more often but only one or two each time. Experiment and see what works best for you.

If you experience any problems with the lose the back pain program of exercises, or you are not sure about how to do them, with the optional support service, you can ask for advice.

As with any thing you should consult with your healthcare professional to make sure it is OK for you to start on a program of exercise.

Glad I found out about lose the back pain for myself

"I went to see my chiropractor this afternoon. The last time I saw him was before I started your course. He couldn't believe the difference! I told him about your course and your web site, and he set his web browser there straight away to check out your course. You never know, he might start recommending you to his other clients, so if you suddenly get lots of orders England, think of me!

You know, it's funny. There are so many cons around these days, and things that don't really work, that I expect many people are suffering from back pain needlessly because they don't know for sure if your LTBP system is real or not. I'm glad I took the (small) risk and bought it to find out for myself.

Very best wishes

David M.Kent UK
P.S. Feeling great today - don't know if it'll last, but nice to feel 'normal' even for a day.

Great back pain articles.

Educational, informative and helpful articles all about back pain related issues.

Very informative articles, some written by Steve Hefferon and Jesse Cannone who produce "Lose the back pain" system so you can get to know them a little bit :)
Pregnancy and Back Pain
The decisions of picking a name. The anticipation and excitement. Painting the new room. Clothing, diapers and family celebrations. The joy of a pregnancy is one of life's greatest pleasures. Unfortunately however, for many women the later months of pregnancy can prove to be quite challenging. One common problem many women face is lower back pain..
5 Simple Steps to Back Pain Relief
Millions of people suffer from back pain unnecessarily when there is actually a very simple solution, according to Jesse Cannone , certified personal trainer and back pain specialist. "Unfortunately, many people are led to believe that back pain is normal and were all supposed to experience it... well, thankfully, that's not the case. Eliminating back pain is not nearly as difficult as most people think or are led to believe... it can actually be easy!" says Cannone.
Back Pain and Bodybuilding
It's one thing for someone who sits at a computer all day and never exercises to have back pain, but for a bodybuilder, someone who
spends hours and hours each week pouring everything they've got into building muscle, it should be criminal!

The reason we say this is because, if you are going to spend so much time, money, and energy trying to build the "perfect body", you have
to make sure that you not only look good, but also feel good.

Steve Hefferon and Jesse Cannone from The Healthy Back Institute identified what they call "Bodybuilding Sins" that lead to back pain, sciatic pain, and other injuries read em and take action now if you are serious about bodybuilding and are fed up with your back
pain.
S1 Joint Dysfunction
The S-I joint is one of the most misunderstood areas of the human body. It has been the source of much controversy in the medical community for many years. Much of the debate relies on the fact that there are few reliable evaluation methods for the S-I joint.

Contrary to disc injuries, which can be evaluated using many types of diagnostic tools, examining the S-I joints has proved to be quite unreliable.

The S-I (Sacro-Iliac) joint is comprised of two bones; the sacrum and the ilium. You have two S-I joints (left and right). They are located basically where the spine meets the pelvis.

What do you feel?
Pain located at or near the S-I joint on one side or both sides. Pain located in the low back, buttock, and/or groin area. Another common symptom of a S-I joint dysfunction is "sciatica". S-I joint dysfunction may also cause nerve irritation of the nerves that supply the groin or front of your thigh.
Scoliosis What is It?
Article by Steve Hefferon of The healthy Back Institute. Explores scoliosis, who gets it and what the symptoms are like. How is scoliosis diagnosed and the possible treatments.

Are you still sceptical about Lose The Back Pain ?

You may be ...I know I was ...at first.

Here I am sharing my experiences with lose the back pain system. I dont know you or your circumstances.

I am guessing you have either just got back issues and/or sciatica and don't know where to start, or you have had back issues a long time and done the rounds and nothing is helping you.

Why would you try lose the back pain?

If you havent tried it you might want to consider it. You must keep looking for your solution and if you pass it by you will never know...

If lose the back pain works for you wouldn't that be great!

As with most things it will not work for everyone but unlike many other treatments if it does not work for you there is a money back guarentee.

Therefore I see it as potential high reward for no risk.

You get personal support by e mail or phone(optional). I thought far more than I got in a short consultation with the many professionals I saw.

You will learn a lot about back care/pain relief etc.

Once you own it you have it for life.

Some people I know have taken it to their physio etc and worked together having the system and the professional hands on which worked for them.

The Healthy Back Institute are a company committed to helping people get rid of the pain.

Still unsure? Why not get more information and just read about it? Get to know them a little bit before you decide one way or another. Just follow the link here...
The Healthy Back institiute and Lose the Back Pain
I am pretty much back to living my normal life again.

I have some damage due to the length of time I did not get the treatment I needed but I do not have pain and I can do most things I want to do.

I want to help you if you are still in pain. I suffered needlessly until I found my solution.

My only regret is I didnt find it sooner....

I suffer from back pain daily. Standing for ten hours a day doesn't help, I'm sure. This is something I am considering.

Those 5 steps make a lot of sense to me. For anyone reading who has **other** pain, like headaches or neck pain for example, the same kind of thinking could help with that, too.
