Green Clean Info on the Internet

My granddaughter has lived in my house for a good portion of her almost 4-year-old life. I had always liked using a vinegar and water window cleaner and thought there was a lot more I could do to clean safely for her, and our own, health. So, to that end, I went about trying to find healthy alternatives to using toxic, expensive or one-purpose cleaners. The frugal side of me liked this idea, too, since most cleaning recipes use ordinary household ingredients and items.

Some of the information I gleaned from these sites were used in the writing of my Go Green Homemade Household Cleaning Products.

The blogs, links and lens I've listed are the best that I've found so far in my research on this topic, and there are plenty more out there. There are actually 10 blogs and web page links and 10 Squidoo Lens, but 10 Best sounds better than 20 Best. :D Blogs and Links Best is slightly subjective because they are my 10 Favorites although they rank highly by search order. The Lenses are by Squidoo Rank, and I'm extremely proud to say my lens Go Green Homemade Household Cleaning Products is one of them.

This listing is always subject to change as I find new information and will be updated as needed, so please make sure to add this lens to your favorites to receive new info as it is discovered.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and please leave your suggestions, comments, or even note your favorite Green Clean lenses, blogs and websites.

These are some excellent resources. I sell pre-made natural and organic household cleaners as well (this is the lensography page for all of the ones that I sell: http://www.squidoo.com/organic-household-cleaners). I've noticed a huge difference in one thing in particular since switching to a more natural form of cleaning, and that's that the utensils, bowls, and cooking surfaces don't have as much of a soapy taste. Natural rinses better, and doesn't leave a chemical coating behind.
