My Bonnie - Tony Sheridan and The Beatles
'My Bonnie' is the first vynil recording made by The Beatles together with Tony Sheridan under the Polydor Records label. It was produced by the famous German bandleader Bert Kaempfert. It was released to the public on the 31st October 1961. It is said, that this first record is also responsible that The Bealtes finally met their later manager Brian Epstein (who started to act as their manager in in January 1962).

Many collectors say, that only the original vynil pressings of the The Beatles songs are genuine, and that CD's lose some of the great warm sound of The Beatles. I think the charm of a vinyl LP is mostly in it's appearance, a true witness of the actual time when The Beatles played. Soem of the LP's are difficult to find, others seem to come on the market quite regularly. After all, there were millions sold!
