The Beatles: Abbey Road
The final album by the Beatles...
While Abbey Road was released before "Let it Be," the album was recorded after Let it Be. So, this is often considered their final album, and by many, one of their best. They end on a high note with beautiful compositions like Harrisson's "Here Comes the Sun," and show even more progression with the rock track "I Want You (She's So Heavy)." Buy it on vinyl and listen to it the way everyone else did back in the day. You won't be disappointed.

The White Album
The Beatles deliver 30 classic tracks!
The Beatles really stuffed this double album with great experimental material. We hear the classic "While My Guitar Gently Weeps," the often covered "Helter Skelter," and the longest, strangest Beatles track to date, "Revolution 9." This is also the famous CD that was supposedly if played backwards, would reveal that "Paul is Dead." While some of the tracks are very experimental, there are some big changes to the songwriting contributions -- namely that Harrission really tells us what he's capable of.

- Wow, my husband would be in heaven. He's a total freak about the Beatles. We went to a McCartney concert a few years back; I thought he would get tackled by security for sure when he rushed the stage to get near Paul!!! He's always looking for T-shirts, posters, the old lunch boxes etc. I'll have to show him this lens!
