I love the Wii and my kids love the Wii. It may not have the razzle dazzle of the Xbox 360 or the PS3 but it gets the job done and it's better for the kids. There's enough games available to keep even the most hardcore gamer occupied but mostly I think it's family oriented and creates a more social gaming atmosphere than the other brands. What I love most is the accessories that are available that help the players get into the game. No longer do you rely on skillful thumb twiddling. Instead you get to swing a racket or whack a golf ball or even shoot an arrow with the new Motionplus accessory. You'll Need Another One Of These - Wii Remote

Nintendo have stepped up the game with this nifty device. It basically enhances the motion detection of the Wii remote to emulate your movements to almost 1:1 accuracy in the game. So if your playing Tiger Woods 2010 you can add draw and fade realistically by swinging the remote the required way just like a real golfer. Same thing goes for Grand Slam Tennis. Hold the racquet a particular way to control the ball and confuse your opponent.

This is a component cable that you'll need to have a compatible TV for. If you've got a flat screen LCD or Plasma then you shouldn't have any problems.

Wireless Sensor Bar For The Wii
I don't know about you but I find that skinny cable sticking out from the back extremely annoying as I'm always knocking my sensor bar off. You need batteries but they last a long time. Here's another reason to get one. If you take your Wii over to a mates house you can just chuck this in the bag and don't have to worry about that messy cable.

I love using this with the game that's bundled with it. Links Crossbow Training is a very nice game set up just right for the Wii. Feels comfortable on the hands and I reckon it helps with my accuracy. Although my wife usually beats me on all the levels so that might not be anything to go by.

I have to be honest and say that I prefer using classic controller when doing a bit of Karting but the kids swear by these and won't play without them. I've had a look at other brands but when it comes to design and all round sturdiness that also looks good then Nintendo have nailed it with this accessory. Don't get any other brand 'cos they're just not as nice as these and you'll only save a couple of dollars at most.

Let's face it, batteries are a pain. This nice little Wii accessory will help you avoid the hassle. By constantly keeping your batteries charged you can game on without any interruptions. It also comes with the advantage of keeping your Wii cool. When you keep it cool it will live longer so it's all good.

Like the steering wheel I don't see much use for these but again my kids love 'em. They do enhance the fun factor a bit for the little ones I suppose and the golf club is kinda cool. They don't cost much so why not I say.
Even The Best Wii Accessory is Useless If You Don't Have A Wii So Get One
If you don't have a Wii yet and love video games your crazy. Awesome for kids and adults alike so you won't regret it. I know a few people who have a Wii and they all enjoy getting their families together for a spot of Wii Sports, Mario Kart or Mario Party.
