Cellulite effects a lot of people. Many people make the mistake of just running out and buying the first 'home remedies' without understanding the main causes of cellulite first. The next cause is hormones. The reason cellulite is more common in women than in men is to do with hormone levels in the body. In particular Estrogen. Effecting people after the age of 18 the most. The benefits will be less fat stored on the body and you will end up looking and feeling great. The same with diet, your exercise habits are crucial. One of the main causes of cellulite is how active you are. The amount of exercise we get will effect how our bodies look and store fat.

Take some time to make improvement to your diet and exercise habits and this can literally change your life for the better. Join a Pilates , Yoga class or stretch at home to keep your body strong and flexible.
