In March of this year, John McCain traveled to Israel where he shamelessly pandered to Prime Minister Olmert, the Likudnik extremist Benjamin Netanyahu, and other Zionist Masonic overlords and groveled at their feet. McCain also had a stopover in neighboring, war-torn Iraq, where he was led around like a dumb beast by his Mossad and ADL stooge handler, Jewish bigot, and closet homosexual, Senator Joe Lieberman.

McCain then flew from the Middle East to London where, on March 20th, two Rothschild Illuminati, the super-wealthy Lord Jacob Rothschild and Nathaniel Rothschild, held an "invitation-only" private luncheon for him at the luxurious Spencer House, St. James Place. No doubt, McCain kissed "Lord" Rothschild's ring, if not his big right toe and pledged that, if the powerful Zionist poobah would only make him President of the United States. Israel's enemies, Iran and Syria, would end up nuclear toast.

"John McCain is Bought by Jews"
As Nathanael Kapner, a knowledgeable Jew who-thank God!-is also a Jesus believing Christian, writes in his website (www.realjewnews.com), "John McCain knows which side his bread is buttered on. And that's the Jewish side of campaign contributions."

Brother Kapner noted that McCain was at the private Rothschild fund-raiser in the posh London Spencer house. Kapner's sage conclusion: "John McCain is bought by Jews via the Rothschilds!"

Kapner also reported that McCain recently was forced to apologize to the Jews for having the audacity to say in a speech he had given that, "America is a nation founded on Christian values." Immediately, the Jewish organizations sprang into action, prompting the frightened McCain to trot out before the news cameras and retract what he had said.

McCain Betrayed Our POWs
McCain's innumerable deceptions and treachery extend back many years-virtually his whole life is one, big fabrication. Sure, he was a POW, but after he returned from Vietnam, McCain is the dirty rat who sold out the remaining POWs in captivity. He and his liberal pinko buddy, Senator "Swift Boat" John Kerry, even engineered "Favored Trading Status" for their erstwhile Communist friends back in Hanoi. Jane Fonda, Move over!-You've got company.

McCain's father, Naval Admiral John McCain, was an even greater fraud. He's the guy whose cowardice, lies and incompetence as Commanding Officer of Pacific Forces doomed thousand of American troops to misery and death during the tragic Vietnam War. The senior McCain also just happens to be the sorry traitor who stood by and let Israeli bomber aircraft decimate the U.S. Liberty Ship in 1967, killing and wounding so many of our sailors.

Nuking Iran is McCain's Promise
John McCain and his insane, bloodlust, Zionist whack-job colleague, Pastor John Hagee, promise to use nuclear bombs to destroy Iran. That would mean thousands more U.S. fighting men and women going to their graves and tens of thousands more coming home minus legs, arms, and limbs. It would entail the entire world viewing America as a heartless, savage beast nation. John McCain is a monster, period. In a word, this man is a dangerous, soul-less psychopath.

Here is a man who only got into the Military Academy because his grandfather and father before him were military brass and pulled strings. Predictably, McCain finished almost dead last in his graduating class. He never accomplished one positive thing as a Naval aviator. He did, however, manage to execute a miserably incompetent, faulty landing that killed a number of carrier personnel and, later, he was shot down over North Vietnam. Not exactly a picture of success.

John McCain has never done an honest days work in the private sector his entire life. He cheated on his first wife with the much younger Cindy Hensley, then abruptly divorced his wife and married the pretty Cindy within a few weeks. Now come reliable news reports about McCain messing around having an affair with a young Washington D.C. blonde lobbyist, Vicki Eisman. A real "Family Values" character wouldn't you say? McCain is so vile that other Senators have labeled him "President McNasty!"

McCain has threatened to reduce Social Security benefits, and he consistently voted as a Senator for higher taxes. His World War III insanity will bankrupt America and force this nation into a North American Union slave state. But then, why should John McCain care about you, me, and other middle class Americans? This heel married into the Hensley fortune-Cindy's rich dad owned a beer distributorship and reportedly got his fortune via his unsavory ties to the Jewish Mafia.

McCain: "I think gay marriages should be allowed"
John McCain is an unprincipled man who kisses up to the homosexuals, liberals, and Jews, lies and pretends he's a "conservative" to win high office. In a 2007 Massachusetts forum, the scoundrel stated, "I think gay marriages should be allowed." Yet, on the campaign trail, he often states just the opposite.

I have no doubt that ignorant Christian evangelicals will act like the stupid lemmings they are and go straight over the cliff to support this filthy reprobate, McCain, for President. Like dumb dogs, they'll pull the lever for him simply because he's the Republican nominee. Today's evangelical Christian has no principles and is neither evangelical nor Christian. As Pastor Chuck Baldwin so sagely stated in a recent internet column, "I will say it straight out: any Christian or conservative who supports John McCain has no principles left worth defending."

Pastor Baldwin then went on to observe: "Christians have swallowed the Bush/McCain Kool-Aid as surely as did the followers of Jim Jones. They are drunk with denial and deception."

Of course, the truth is, these Kool-Aid drinkers are not "Christians" at all. They are fakers, hoaxers masquerading as Christians while, in actuality, doing Satan's bidding.

Everyone knows John McCain dumped his first wife and mother of his three children to marry Cindy Lou Hensely, the pretty heir to a beer fortune who could fund his political ambitions - and even attack his opponent's wife.

So how big is Cindy's fortune - and where did it come from? Officially,

Hensley & Company is one of the largest beer distributors in the United States. Hensley & Company's operates exclusively as a wholesaler for Anheuser-Busch Companies, Inc., controlling the largest contiguous Anheuser-Busch territory in the country.

Hensley & Co. is privately held so its finances are difficult to pinpiont. In 2000, it was the nation's fifth largest beer wholesaler, earning over $200 million a year. Cindy held over 37% of the company, and their four children held 24%.

So it's natural to ask: how was the Hensley fortune built? According to a 2000 investigation in the Phoenix New Times,

The Hensley saga... swirls with bygone accounts of illicit booze, gambling, horse racing, deceit and crime.

The story by investigative reporters Amy Silverman and John Dougherty is riveting - and remarkably untouched by the Corporate Media, even though it involves the car-bomb murder of a top reporter at the Arizona Republic named Don Bolles.

Jerome Corsi - a rightwinger who co-authored the infamous and election-changing Unfit for Command: Swift Boat Veterans Speak Out Against John Kerry - summarizes the Hensley saga and its extensive ties to the Mob:

the father of McCain's wife, James Hensley, was convicted by a federal jury in U.S. District Court of Arizona in March 1948 on seven counts of filing false liquor records. Hensley also was charged with conspiracy to hide from federal authorities the names of persons involved in a liquor industry racket with two companies he managed, United Sales Company in Phoenix and United Distributors in Tucson.

The umbrella company, United Liquor, at that time held a monopoly in Arizona, organized and managed by Kemper Marley, who was accused of mob ties by a reporter who was murdered in 1977.

Silverman and Dougherty report that by 1955, Hensley had launched a Budweiser distributorship in Phoenix, "a franchise reportedly bestowed upon him by Marley, who was never indicted in the 1948 liquor-law-violation case - or a subsequent one - despite his controlling role in the liquor distribution businesses."

According to Marley's longtime public relations man, Al Lizanetz, the Marley liquor empire was founded by the Bronfman family dynasty of Canada which operated Allied Finance Company, Northern Export Company and Distillers Corporation - the Seagrams, Ltd. empire.

As chronicled by the "Rumrunners and Prohibition" video shown popularly on the History Channel, during the 1920s, the Bronfman family made millions in bootlegging, accounting for half the illegal liquor crossing the border, working in a profitable distribution deal with the infamous mobster Meyer Lansky, who later moved on to establish the crime syndicates in the casinos of Havana, Cuba, in the 1940s and 50s.

Arizona in the 1970s drew a "who's who" of organized crime figures seeking to retire in the sun, including Rochester, N.Y., mob boss Joe Bonanno, who spent his last days along the Lake Havasu shores and in a quiet home in Tucson.

In 1977, after Arizona Republic reporter Don Bolles was killed when his car was blown up by the mob in a parking lot, a team of 36 journalists from 27 news organizations, known as IRE, published an 80,000 word 23-part series on organized crime in Arizona.

Dan Nowicki and Bill Muller, reporting in the Arizona Republic March 1, 2007, documented that in 1953, Hensley was again charged with falsifying records at Marley's liquor firms.

Hensley was found not guilty after being defended by William Rehnquist, the future chief justice of the Supreme Court, Nowicki and Muller wrote.

William Rehnquist's rise to power within the GOP isn't well known, and his ties to Hensley aren't even mentioned in Wikipedia. He got his start in brass-knuckle Rovian politics by suppressing black and hispanic votes in Phoenix and rose to be corrupt Attorney General John Mitchell's lawyer during Watergate. Nixon put him on the Supreme Court as the first real rightwinger, later to be joined by Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas, and replaced by John Roberts. Rehnquist presided over the impeachment trial of President Clinton and appointed George Bush president in 2000 after Bush lost both the popular vote both nationally and in Florida.

Hensley's mob ties aren't a secret - they are documented in court papers and investigative reporting. But just like Bush's family scandals dating back to his grandfather Prescott's criminal dealings with the Nazis, McCain's family scandals are blacked out by the Corporate Media.

The Corporate Media blackout of the Hensley family fortune is especially suprising because it included the murder of reporter Don Bolles of the Arizona Republic, the largest newspaper in the state. In 2004, John Dougherty explained the blackout to Amy Goodman:

The Hensley family was involved with some of the most notorious-at least on the sides-some of the most notorious crimes committed in the state of Arizona, primarily the bombing and murder of Arizona Republic reporter, Don Bolles, and it's on the edge, but it's there. The key guy in the Hensley empire was a guy named Kemper Marley. Kemper Marley was a liquor magnate. He controlled a lot of the land in central Arizona. Marley was implicated---never charged-in the murder of Bolles, and it was Marley who basically gave the liquor franchise to Hensley back in the 1950's, and that built their empire from there.

AMY GOODMAN: Why would he want Bolles killed?

JOHN DOUGHERTY:They wanted Bolles killed supposedly because Bolles was writing a series of stories that were very critical of Kemper Marley, and Kemper Marley wanted to get a key position on the racing commission in the state of Arizona. This was back in 1976.

AMY GOODMAN: I remember when journalists got together to investigate Bolles death, 'cause it was the killing of a journalist in this country, and did a series of pieces. It was-

JOHN DOUGHERTY:Yeah, it was the founding project for the Investigative Reporters and Editors. It was a major, major effort that came out here, and it uncovered massive amount of scandal in Arizona from across the board in the political system as well as in the police department, and in a number of other issues; and, ironically, the Arizona Republic, which was the paper Don Bolles worked for, refused to run the story because the I.R.E. was critical of Senator Goldwater and his family as well. It never ran in the Arizona Republic. It's pretty amazing.

America paid a terrible price in blood, treasure, corruption, and scandal for the Corporate Media blackout of Bush's family scandals. Will we remain ignorant of McCain's - or will this story get the coverage it deserves?

In 2000, the blogosphere was in its infancy and the exhaustive efforts of Democrats.com and our allies to expose Bush's scandals (especially the Bush-Nazi connection and Bush's desertion from the Texas Air National Guard) were totally ignored.

But now we have huge blogs like HuffingtonPost, DailyKos, FireDogLake, TalkingPointsMemo, AlterNet, RawStory, CrooksAndLiars, and Hullabaloo which can push unreported stories into national consciousness. In fact TPM just won a prestigious Polk Award for doggedly putting the overlooked U.S. Attorney scandal on the national map and ultimately forcing Alberto Gonzales to resign. We also have Air America Radio, Democracy Now, INN World Reports, The Real News, and other radio/TV outlets.

So will the progressive media help America discover that John McCain is married to the mob?

When John McCain demanded an apology from Barack Obama for someone calling him a "warmonger" at a Democratic Party function not run by him, Barack was too much a gentleman to not issue the apology that the hotheaded McCain demanded. But if McCain ain't a warmonger, who's a warmonger? At one of McCain's campaign stops he was asked about what should be done with Iran, and McCain laughed and jokingly started singing "Bomb, Bomb, Iran" to the tune of the old Beach Boys song "Barbara Ann." See McCain Unplugged. I don't think even President Bush has given the impression publicly that he thinks wars are funny. Here is a guy who visited Israel with Zionist Joe Lieberman and wasn't interested in visiting any Palestinian territory. McCain was literally at the wall around a 500,000 populated refugee camp in Gaza and wouldn't bother to even look over the wall to see the deplorable state of poverty of the people of Gaza, and when the Israeli town of 10,000 was taking water from the people of Gaza to have some kind of idea about why they might launch a home made rocket now and then. So he's already sold out to the Israeli lobby, even as Bush before him. The Israelis were the ones that wanted us to invade Iraq and continue to want us to stay there. If they have their way, we will eventually additionally attack Iran, Syria, and possibly more countries in the Middle East. McCain supported Bush's invasion of Iraq. He was all for the surge idea to put more US troops into Iraq when we had no right to put one soldier there in the first place. He has stated that we might very well be in Iraq for 100 years or more, despite the fact that most Iraqis want us out of their country, even as the US wanted the imperialist British out of our country a couple hundred years ago. McCain is for an aggressive attitude toward Russia, China and the other remaining leftist or socialist countries of the world. I repeat, If John McCain isn't a warmonger, who is? Barack Obama is for getting out of Iraq leaving no permanent US bases behind.

The controversial George W. Bush-sponsored poll in South Carolina mentioned John McCain's role in the so-called Keating Five scandal, and McCain says his involvement in the scandal "will probably be on my tombstone." What exactly did McCain do?

In early 1987, at the beginning of his first Senate term, McCain attended two meetings with federal banking regulators to discuss an investigation into Lincoln Savings and Loan, an Irvine, Calif., thrift owned by Arizona developer Charles Keating. Federal auditors were investigating Keating's banking practices, and Keating, fearful that the government would seize his S&L, sought intervention from a number of U.S. senators.

At Keating's behest, four senators--McCain and Democrats Dennis DeConcini of Arizona, Alan Cranston of California, and John Glenn of Ohio--met with Ed Gray, chairman of the Federal Home Loan Bank Board, on April 2. Those four senators and Sen. Don Riegle, D-Mich., attended a second meeting at Keating's behest on April 9 with bank regulators in San Francisco.

Regulators did not seize Lincoln Savings and Loan until two years later. The Lincoln bailout cost taxpayers $2.6 billion, making it the biggest of the S&L scandals. In addition, 17,000 Lincoln investors lost $190 million.

In November 1990, the Senate Ethics Committee launched an investigation into the meetings between the senators and the regulators. McCain, Cranston, DeConcini, Glenn, and Riegle became known as the Keating Five.

(Keating himself was convicted in January 1993 of 73 counts of wire and bankruptcy fraud and served more than four years in prison before his conviction was overturned. Last year, he pleaded guilty to four counts of fraud and was sentenced to time served.)

McCain defended his attendance at the meetings by saying Keating was a constituent and that Keating's development company, American Continental Corporation, was a major Arizona employer. McCain said he wanted to know only whether Keating was being treated fairly and that he had not tried to influence the regulators. At the second meeting, McCain told the regulators, "I wouldn't want any special favors for them," and "I don't want any part of our conversation to be improper."

But Keating was more than a constituent to McCain--he was a longtime friend and associate. McCain met Keating in 1981 at a Navy League dinner in Arizona where McCain was the speaker. Keating was a former naval aviator himself, and the two men became friends. Keating raised money for McCain's two congressional campaigns in 1982 and 1984, and for McCain's 1986 Senate bid. By 1987, McCain campaigns had received $112,000 from Keating, his relatives, and his employees--the most received by any of the Keating Five. (Keating raised a total of $300,000 for the five senators.)

After McCain's election to the House in 1982, he and his family made at least nine trips at Keating's expense, three of which were to Keating's Bahamas retreat. McCain did not disclose the trips (as he was required to under House rules) until the scandal broke in 1989. At that point, he paid Keating $13,433 for the flights.

And in April 1986, one year before the meeting with the regulators, McCain's wife, Cindy, and her father invested $359,100 in a Keating strip mall.

The Senate Ethics Committee probe of the Keating Five began in November 1990, and committee Special Counsel Robert Bennett recommended that McCain and Glenn be dropped from the investigation. They were not. McCain believes Democrats on the committee blocked Bennett's recommendation because he was the lone Keating Five Republican.

In February 1991, the Senate Ethics Committee found McCain and Glenn to be the least blameworthy of the five senators. (McCain and Glenn attended the meetings but did nothing else to influence the regulators.) McCain was guilty of nothing more than "poor judgment," the committee said, and declared his actions were not "improper nor attended with gross negligence." McCain considered the committee's judgment to be "full exoneration," and he contributed $112,000 (the amount raised for him by Keating) to the U.S. Treasury.

None other than Republican Congressman Ron Paul is claiming the Texas primary was rigged. He wonders why some 70% of the people in his own district in Texas just voted for him for Congress yet supposedly only about 20% of those same people voted for him for president. You would have thought that Ron would have done well across Texas, his home state, but not so, if you can believe the easily rigged Diebold computer voting machine results. And why has Barack Obama won all of the caucus states, which are difficult to rig, but then supposedly lost some of these Diebold computer states? Why did Barack win big in the Texas caucus but then supposedly lost in that state's same Diebold computer general election, when a lot of the same people voted for both? Why in the Diebold state of California did the Republican candidates finish in the exact same order of finish in all but one of the very diverse counties? The results don't add up unless you believe the New World Order is rigging this election just like they rigged the 2000 and 2004 elections.

"I had a Gentleman call me when I got Home from the Kent Meeting last night from New York.

He happens to be publishing a book with photos of all of the 2004 Election Fraud Evidence, that was supposed to be published by a company in Kent State? He literally has the photographs of burned and otherwise mutilated, destroyed ballots. He is very familiar with how to follow the fraud, due to his research in the book.

I would call him an investigative Journalist, in Election Fraud.

I don't know him from Adam.

He called me last night, from New York, upset about huge numbers of precincts in Texas, where there were thousands of registered voters, and ZERO votes at all, with 100 of the Precincts reporting in.

He repeated so I understood.

He is saying there are precincts with over 2000 registered voters, and the official count is saying NO one voted at all in that precinct after the precinct has reported in officially!

He said he has been studying elections now, for years. He has NEVER seen anything like this.

He said the number of zero precincts, are especially High in the Panhandle of Texas. He also mentioned what Ron here is saying in this post.

Ron Paul got more votes in his precinct for Congressman, than he did for president in the same precinct...by huge amounts.

This investigative Journalist is just about to publish the research on the fraud, and now, the company that was going to print with his book, has suddenly pulled out, and refusing to publish.

He was supposed to be doing a book signing at Kent on the anniversary of the shootings, that happens annually there... I guess.

He now has to self-publish, which, given the situation, and the fact that he is the only one with his "manual", puts him in a great deal of danger.
Maybe I am a little paranoid for him, because of my past experience with revolution researchers and publishers who have suddenly gone missing, or suddenly 'commit suicide,' over the past ten years. But while we were on the phone, we were getting echoes, then, three or four voice cut-outs for ten, then 20 then 30 seconds. Finally, we were disconnected, and could not get reconnected.

I did ask him to write to me so I could foreword the Texas research he did to all, and let you hear about the Ron Paul Information, since I know all of you would care a lot. I explained to him how to get a hold of the Ron Paul Texas Meetups, so they could investigate, and move on the situation, if they chose. I am hoping for an email from him this morning. I will be trying to call him back all day today.

So, please to the degree you can, keep an eye on this thread. If I get him on the phone, I will let you know. He needs some help getting his information out, and wants to investigate the Ron Paul campaign and election fraud, on a larger scale. Green Zone Follies

Baghdad , 20 Feb 08, "There is nothing new here to report. The troops are clearing out one nest of patriots only to have them move down the road. The DoD is fudging on the death tolls and they never mention the lunatics, the drug use or the semi-mutinous grunts, the constant attacks on the Green Zone with mortars and rockets and so on, and on. I am considered useful so I get to stay here. At least I get good food and relative safety unlike the foot troops. Now, the nutty Cheney wants to hive off more troops to invade Pakistan to help out their vanishing dictator. Never happen, Dick. And here is just a personal vignette of an experience I and my psychologist buddy had with the Republican probable nominee, Senator McCain. He came here, as you might know, to "inspect the situation." Jesus, what a farce! There he was, walking around a marketplace with more armed guards than Bush has, and wearing a huge bullet-proof vest. Anyway, after he "inspected" the market, he came to the Green Zone for some rigged conference with the lying generals. My buddy and I were going to visit another friend when we saw guards, etc, in front of a rec room door. Curious, we went into another unguarded room, opened several doors and guess what? There was the Senator all by himself, sitting on a folding chair by a card table. We were a little awed so I said 'Hello, Senator. Sorry to bother you." He looked at us like we were cows and kept blinking. Finally, he smiled and said, 'Hey, there, soldiers! How is it going? Is it going good?" and my friend the shrink said, "Why yes, Senator. Everything is great!" And McCain smiled at nothing and looked around the room.

"Well I'm glad to hear it. You are the General?" And I said, a little sarcastically, "Why no, Senator, not quite yet." And he looked at me like I was a sheep or something, smiling s silly smile. "Oh" he said to the table, "Let's hope it gets a little cooler here. Have you been here long?" My friend said, "Too long Senator." "Why that's good, General," the Senator replied to the ceiling. Then his lips moved but he said nothing. He looked up and smiled. My wife's grandfather did just that. And the Senator may have been sitting right near us but believe me, he was somewhere else. Then he began a conversation with someone who wasn't there and my friend took my arm and said, "I think we should get the hell out of here," and we started to go back the way we came when some civilian came in. "It's time to go to the meeting, John," but McCain just smiled and kept on talking to the table. The civilian said, "All right, gentlemen, time to go. The Senator is very tired and has jet lag." And when we left, the Senator was talking complete nonsense. Later, one of the staff personnel told both of us that the Senator had "a little accident" and he had to change his pants. Jesus H. Christ! This nut is going to be a President? My friend, who is a pro, said he was very obviously suffering from pre-Alzheimer's and believe me, although I am not trained, this one was a pure space case. They must know this. I guess they give him a shot of something before he gets out in public but if you saw him with a vacant stare, talking to himself, you would not have to be a professional shrink to know that putting this pathetic man into the Oval Office would be a worse mistake than putting Bush in. At least as far as we know, Bush doesn't talk to the walls and wet himself."

"MCCAIN'S BOMBSHELL SCANDAL...In a bombshell article that is already roiling the presidential race, the New York Times reports that Sen. John McCain has a long-running entanglement with a lobbyist, a series of "potentially embarrassing conflicts of interest" and a "self-contradictory" fundraising operation that he ran through the nonprofit Reform Institute.

According to two former McCain associates who became "disillusioned" with the Senator, McCain admitted to "behaving inappropriately" with telecommunications lobbyist Vicki Iseman. The Times reports that McCain denied allegations of a romantic relationship, and he "declined repeated interview requests, beginning in December. He also would not comment about the assertions that he had been confronted about Ms. Iseman." The article raises several other allegations about McCain's acceptance of corporate favors, private jet rides, corporate contributions, and conflicts of interests with companies that he oversaw as a U.S. Senator.

Tom Mattzzie, a Democratic operative and former MoveOn.org official, said it was potentially devastating for McCain. "We have a story that carries the narrative about McCain and lobbyists in bed together -- pun intended," he told The Nation.

The McCain Campaign rushed to stem the fall-out, assailing The Times for lowering "its standards to engage in a hit and run smear campaign" and issuing a denial of the allegations of conflicts of interest. "John McCain has a 24-year record of serving our country with honor and integrity. He has never violated the public trust, never done favors for special interests or lobbyists, and he will not allow a smear campaign to distract from the issues at stake in this election," said Communications Director Jill Hazelbaker.

There seems to be a variance between the John McCain portrayed by much of the mainstream news media and the real John McCain. For instance, did you know that John McCain was known as John McNasty to his school classmates because of his bad temper? He attended private schools because he has always been a rich elitist. In college he was known for his partying, womanizing, and lack of study, where he graduated 6th from the bottom of his large graduating class, while Barack Obama and former President Clinton, on the other hand, have been college professors. The only reason he was in combat duty instead of becoming an admiral like his father and grandfather is because he barely graduated from college. Vietnam Veterans Against John McCain, run by two Republican Vietnam vets who backed Duncan Hunter for president, says John McCain was never tortured in Vietnam, collaborated with the North Vietnamese by doing over 30 propaganda radio broadcasts for them, and then sold out his fellow POW/MIAs after he got home because they could have testified to his collaboration. His first wife had stuck with John through his Vietnam years and had gotten crippled in a serious car accident. She had raised his children faithfully, but John McCain divorced her to marry the much younger, beautiful, and rich Cindy. And this marriage made John the 7th richest of all 100 US senators because they own the 5th largest Budweiser beer distributorship in the United States. Now John had the money to run for politics, and he was soon involved in the Keating 5 lobbyist scandal. I could go on and on, but don't believe that this guy is any war hero, or intellectually or morally in any way qualified to be president of the United States.

The Democratic Party is one of two major political parties in the United States. The other is the Republican Party. It is the oldest political party in the United States and probably the oldest political party in the world.

Since the 2006 midterm elections the Democratic Party is the majority party for the 110th Congress. The party holds an outright majority in the House of Representatives and the Democratic caucus constitutes a majority in the United States Senate. Democrats also hold a majority of state governorships and control a majority of state legislatures. It is currently the largest political party with 72 million registered members, 42.6 percent of the electorate. The democratic base comprises two widely diverging demographics. On one hand, there are those in the working class, who are commonly conservative on social issues. On the other hand, it includes well-educated and relatively affluent liberals. The Democratic Party traces its origins to the Democratic-Republican Party, founded by Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, and other influential opponents of the Federalists in 1792.

Since the division of the Republican Party in the election of 1912, it has consistently positioned itself to the left of the Republican Party in economic as well as social matters. The economically left leaning activist philosophy of Franklin D. Roosevelt, which has strongly influenced American liberalism, has shaped much of the party's economic agenda since 1932. Roosevelt's New Deal coalition usually controlled the national government until 1964. The civil rights movement of the 1960s, championed by the party despite opposition at the time from its Southern wing, has continued to inspire the party's liberal principles.
