I created this lens about the Easter Bunny to be a light and fluffy fun tribute.

Three reasons to love The Easter Bunny

1. Nothing means spring like the Easter Bunny!
2. He brings candy and other fun stuff.
3. Have you ever seen anything cuter?

The Easter Bunny at a Glance

Category: File - :Hase mit Ostereiern (2).jpg|thumb|A bunny and eggs

The Easter Bunny (or Easter Hare) is a character depicted as an anthropomorphic rabbit. In legend, the creature brings baskets filled with colored eggs, candy and toys to the homes of children on the night before Easter. The Easter Bunny will either put the baskets in a designated place or hide them somewhere in the house for the children to find when they wake up in the morning.

The Easter Bunny is very similar in trait to its Christmas holiday counterpart, Santa Claus, as they both bring gifts to good children on the night b...

Easter Bunny Movies

The Easter Bunny Is Comin' to Town

In Kidsville, youngsters make their own laws, run their own shops and maybe even stay up as late as they want. Each Spring, everyone - including Sunny the Bunny - pitches in to make Easter holiday goodies. Then it's the Bunny's job to take the painted eggs and yummy jellybeans to a nearby town called Town. But he better watch out. Because grouchy old Town doesn't allow kids or a hippity-hoppity Easter bunny! With a childlike sense of wonder, this perennial favorite shows how Sunny and his pals win over the meanies of Town by inventing many of our happiest, hoppiest Easter traditions!

The Easter Bunny Is Coming to Town

Here Comes Peter Cottontail

Have you ever wished for a classic Easter special to show your kids? Here Comes Peter Cottontail is a Rankin & Bass production that bears a marked similarity to the beloved Santa Claus Is Coming to Town. Narrator Seymour S. Sassafrass, voiced and sung by Danny Kaye, takes young viewers on a tour of the mythical April Valley and relates the story of how Peter Cottontail almost failed in his quest to become Chief Easter Bunny.

I'm pretty sure I saw the Easter Bunny hiding in my yard today--my 4 year old Grandson saw him too!
He told me the Easter Bunny wasn't going to bring him too much candy this year because there had to be room left in his Easter basket for the Ninja Turtles he was getting instead.
