Basic Color
I think this is self explanatory. They are the basic colors that you can use and there is a total of 16 of them. I am in the process of adding both Hex and RGB colors here.
Say you want black, here is an example of how to do that:

Non Dithered Colors
These I have used for a long time. As long as I could remember, I have always used dithered colors. Part of it is because of the compatibility and partly because there is a broad spectrum of colors to choose from. Some people say we don't need them. You know my belief on these are. There are 216 colors in here. Each and every time, you will get a smooth color. They use hex codes of 00, ff, cc, 66, 33, 99.

- I use this lens so much, I had to leave some Granny FairyAngel dust. What color would you like?

- It fluctuates. I think the highest this ever made was tier 2.
