I'm not going to harp on about the book or make this a huge review here since all the information you require you can read on the official website. It's enough to say that I was amazed at the content provided, how well structured and laid out it was, but more importantly how devastatingly effective and practical to use, not to mention the phenominal success rate that people are getting. You also get a magical little letter that goes along with the book as a bonus. This is worth it's weight in gold it's self.

Ok found myself some time, so though i would cover a few of the of the techniques in the book.

The Fast Forward Technique. Here you have a proccess laid out in 5 steps. This process is continually repeated at least 2 or 3 times a day.
