Build A Ventilation/Support Group Around You.

A Swedish proverb goes like this: "Shared joy is double joy; shared sorrow is half sorrow". It is advisable to share your stress with someone who understands you and is willing to listen without being overcritical.
You can also learn to share your good moments with others. Giving is so often thought of in terms of the gifts we give, but our greatest giving is our time and kindness, and even comfort for others who need it.
Another form of ventilation that you may find helpful is writing you're your thoughts in a private diary at home. When you get vexed at a person and you are not in a position to show your emotions, sit down and write a letter to the person.
This letter is not for sending; it should be destroyed once it is written-unread! The value is in expressing your feeling and getting them out. Rereading the letter will reinforce the hurt feelings and fan the flame of anger all over again, so avoid it.
