A Great Series of Books that get the kids excited for a Big day
I absolutely love these Children's Books. It is a whole series of books all starting with "The Night Before". So The night before what? Well it could be Christmas, Thanksgiving, The First day of School etc.. They are great stories to bring out and read before any big day and a great way to get the kids excited. So here I will take you through The Night Before Books for each month of the year.
Getting the kids excited for a big day is great, but getting them excited to hear or read a story is even better.

Books are so Important
I am a huge fan of Children's Books. It is so important to promote reading at every age. These books are some of my favorites for the younger ones. I have many of them and would take them out every year "The Night Before" the big day. It really adds an extra element of excitement for the kids.
I am also the parent who goes to the book shelf and takes out the seasonal books and places them on the table for the kids to read and I rotate them. This keeps the books fresh and puts them in the mood of the current season.
So come along as I take you through each month with the fun series of "The Night Before" Books. They are well written and have wonderful bright fun illustrations.
These books also make a great gift idea - buy the series and make up a gift basket so there is a book to read every month of the year.
A Little about the Author: Natasha Wing
Natasha Wing was born in Milford, Connecticut in 1960. At the age of 20 she moved to Arizona where she finished college at Arizona State University in 1982 with a B.S. in Advertising. In 1988 she married Daniel Wing and moved to Northern California where she worked in advertising for a number of years. It wasn't until 1991 that she decided to write children's books. Luckily she sold her first book, Hippity Hop, Frog on Top, within 6 months and has been writing children's books and articles ever since.
