- I have suffered from what I now know are panic attacks. I was in therapy for years and no one told me about this!! Well, I have the Panic Away program and I wish I had this earlier in my life. It made a difference. Yes, I took prescription drugs and they did not help. I also was suffering from a heavy does of not feeling "good enough". I was always feeling very inadequate. Two other methods helped me in that area. But, Panic Away really seems to help with my panic attacks and anxiety. Thaniks!!

- Irrationality can take over when the brain goes into the panic state, when in this state it's too late! That's why the one move technique is so important it stops panic right when it starts. Also, a healthy lifestyle is really, really important. Guys this stuff works, but you have to work at it. Meditation, diet, exercise, therapy...they all work. But, you have to stay consistent.

- This book plus the steps that I've outlined will work wonders. You do have to put in some effort, but the results will come. It's very worth it in the end.

- i am 18 years old and realizing that i have a anxiety problem. I dont get panic attacks persay, but am constanly worrying about everything and are always extremely stressed out. This stress lead me to alcohol abuse, nail biting, eating extremely alot of food for comfort, excessive sleeping, and depression. I need some some type of help but i am not sure what would be best for me
