They have a wood wick and make a nice crackling sound when you burn them. This is especially nice if you don't have a fire place. One of my favorite scents is the Cinnamon Chai.Then if you really want some adventure try a WoodWick Triogy Candle. It's 3 fragrances in one candle. I really love the Café Sweets scent which is Vanilla Bean, Caramel and Biscotti.

- When buying Slatkin's 14.5 oz. candles, always wait for Bath & Body Works' sales with two for the price of one ($19.50). It's the only way I can afford these wonderful candles, and I could just kick myself for missing the latest sale. Oh well, have to wait for the next one. They never tell you when the sale is coming or the end date of the sale. It is irritating.

- If you are a candle fanatic like me, you should definitely give Woodland Candles a try. They are by far the best I've ever purchased, definitely blow Yankee Candles out of the water. One will fill your house in no time, selection is great, and their customer service is amazing which is hard to find these days. Definitely worth trying, www.woodlandcandles.com.

- Just tried a new brand of scented-candle.Fragrance By Eden,without a doubt this candle was awesomeThe scent-throw was excellent ,along with great burn time making this candle new and exciting.They are produced in Pittsburgh Pa.,and already has surpassed many other brands in total satisfaction.
