"The Truth About Six Pack Abs" is an excellent resource for people looking to lose belly fat and get those toned washboard abs that grace the pages of magazine and television ads.

It IS possible for anyone to achieve that look. It just takes some determination and hard work! However, you could be working hard and not getting results because you're doing things wrong.

For example, did you know that doing crunches is not the best way to achieve six pack abs? In fact, it can be self defeating if you're doing them wrong. Also, it's a popular belief that doing crunches will target belly fat. That's not the case at all. Your body loses fat in a uniform fashion. That means that you have to drop your overall body fat percentage in order to expose those ab muscles.

The thing about "The Truth About Six Pack Abs" is that it breaks through all the common myths and misconceptions that people believe about getting washboard abs and losing the fat around their belly.

Doing lengthy cardio is the best way to lose fat. This is just plain wrong! Sure you'll lose fat, but did you know that the absolute most efficient way to lose fat and get your metabolism cranked up is to do interval training? That's right! Doing short sprint workouts is the best way to lose fat and gain muscle mass.

Eating Fat Is A No-No. This is also wrong! To start, eating an adequate supply of healthy dietary fats is vitally important to your overall health. Fats are one of the main components in all of the cell membranes throughout your entire body. If you eat enough healthy natural fats, your cellular processes will proceed normally. On the other hand, if you eat man-made, heavily processed, chemically altered fats (damaged fats) that are found in most processed foods, your cellular function will be impaired as these damaged fats become part of your cell membranes, the body will have to work harder to operate correctly, and degenerative diseases can develop.
