The Washington Redskins are a professional American football team based in the Washington, D.C. area. The team plays at FedExField in Landover, Maryland, which is in Prince George's County, Maryland. The team's headquarters and training facility are at Redskin Park in Ashburn, Virginia, a community in Loudoun County, Virginia near Dulles International Airport. They are members of the Eastern Division of the National Football Conference (NFC) in the National Football League (NFL).

James Arthur "Jim" Zorn (born May 10, 1953 in Whittier, California, USA), is the current American football head coach of the Washington Redskins, and a former quarterback of the National Football League. Zorn was a left-handed quarterback, and is best known as the youthful and charismatic leader of the expansion Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League (NFL) for their first seven and a half seasons. He was the quarterbacks coach for the Seattle Seahawks in the 2007 season. On February 9, 2008, the Washington Redskins named him their 27th head coach in the team's History.

He is married to his wife Tanya, with whom he has two daughters and a son. His two daughters and son attend a private school in Bethesda, Maryland. On May 3, 2008, Snyder announced at the Larry King Cardiac Foundation in Washington, D.C., that Tanya was being treated for breast cancer.
