The best drama since The Sopranos is on DVD!
The Wire vs. The Sopranos
When I consider which is the greatest drama ever produced for television, two series come to mind: The Wire and The Sopranos. Both series delve into the seedy world of organized crime in a way that is so damned cool. These characters do not live in a vacuum and the distinction between good guys and bad guys isn't entirely clear. If anything all you will find out is that everyone is fallible, and the system is entirely broken.
In the ultimate showdown: Which show is better? The Wire or The Sopranos?

Sopranos! A classic everyone knows about.. As mentions before, a genious Tv-show. Great drama. I really like that you follow the whole "family" in both good and bad times. The Wire is Great too. but my award would go to The Sopranos!

You cannot put the genius of Sopranos into mere words. If I had to use one word it would be EPIC. The amount of controversy that follows every episode is a testament to the brilliance of the show. The character of Tony is wrought with turmoil, caught up in a world of sex, violence and murder, yet someone who every man can still relate to.
