The WAHM Agent: Working Your Real Estate Business

Are you a new agent? Are you trying to navigate your way through the training, the legal-schmegal stuff...all the while juggling the family responsibilities as well? You're in the right place!

No need to break the bank to get some great tips!!

Working Your Real Estate Business Effectively

Why struggle if you don't have to?

The WAHM Agent: Working Your Real Estate Business is designed for the work-at-home mom who is recently licensed or is in need of a new outlook on how she can build her business and work effectively with clients.

The book discusses how to build a business in real estate...all from the perspective of a fellow mommy agent.

Wondering how to work with buyers and REALLY get them what they can afford (not what they might be approved by the lender for)?

Want to know how to effectively show homes to buyers, even when you're not in the same car?

It's all here! In The WAHM Agent: Working Your Real Estate Business.

Tips on working with buyers. Tips on working with sellers.

How to stay safe meeting new people and holding Open Houses.

Sure, you've received training from your broker. But was any of the training geared for a work-at-home mom? Were any of the tips told from the perspective of another busy mommy who works from home the bulk of the time?

My guess is not. And that's where The WAHM Agent comes in. It tells it like it is...all from a busy mom's perspective.

With real life experience. With personal, first-hand knowledge.

And for pennies a page, The WAHM Agent: Working Your Real Estate Business is a steal!

And I'm not kidding!

Who is Tina McAllister?

A little about me, the author of The WAHM Agent

Yep, my name is Tina McAllister and I am an author and professional ghostwriter.

Years ago, before marriage and a child, I entered the real estate industry. I worked the Open Houses. I attended networking breakfasts. I went door-to-door talking to prospects. I worked with both buyers and sellers. And I built my business applying the work ethic my parents ingrained in me.

Then I got married and had a baby. I still wanted to work. I still wanted to make money. And I loved real estate (still do!). So I learned to work my real estate business while juggling the whole mommy and wife gig.

I wrote The WAHM Agent: Working Your Real Estate Business after answering many, many questions from other mommies who wanted to know if they could (or should) pursue a real estate career. I knew that there were women out there who wanted the real low-down on how they could possibly work in real estate and be successful while holding down the homefront.

Because, let's face it...women are for some reason expected to have super powers and do it all.

Me and my little assistant!!
