The Biggest Loser

I've struggled with weight for the last 20 years. As I sat and watched the reality TV series, "The Biggest Loser" premiere, I cried no less than 6 times during the two hour episode. The thing is, when you're severly overweight, you feel their pain. You're empathetic, because you've walked in shoes very similar to the contestants.

I find it very motivational to watch a show like "The Biggest Loser", and I'm personally in the process of working on my own weight loss journey. I've just started working with a personal trainer also. It's rewarding to know I can push myself more, but there are times when you feel like you'll never see that goal.

"The Biggest Loser" reaches out to so many people and touches their hearts, because they know the struggle. Seeing people work hard and succeed helps you know you can reach your goal too.

If you haven't watched "The Biggest Loser" yet, give it a shot. It's got heart, stamina, and determination. You'll find yourself cheering on the contestants, and holding your breath each time they step on the scale.
