Why do i love The Alarm so much? Three words: Passion, story and anthem. Together they make The Alarm a band you could listen to 20 years ago or today.

Here are my top 10 favorite Alarm songs in no particular

1. Where Were You Hiding When The Storm Broke

* I love the question. It is a great metaphor that challenges me to not run from the storms in my life.

2. Blaze of Glory

* I just want to ride off to battle to this song.

3. Howling Wind

* Just a great driving song.

4. Rain In The Summertime

* has that 80's Simple Minds feel to it.

5. Sold Me Down the River

* I always picture Jesus singing this to Judas

6. Eye of the Hurricane

*gives me a Springsteen meets the Alarm mashup feel.

7. Hallowed Ground

*Very Celtic. I picture it raining.

8. Trafficking

* Hello?! It's chunky guitar of course

9. Love Don't Come Easy

* Well, it doesn't

10. Be Still

*Gotta love the drums.
