The Animal Advocate-Helping feral cats and chained dogs in Kansas City

I am 26, I have two cats and I am in a long term relationship. I am a student, majoring in Spanish and Education. A major of non-profit leadership may be in my future.

I volunteer with animals. I fight endlessly to promote the humane treatment of animals. Through my travels in volunteering, I have seen unimaginable cruelty and inspirational love.

I volunteer at a local animal shelter with cats. I foster cats through this shelter and have fostered two and they both were adopted! (yay!)

I am currently taking care of a local feral cat, Annie, who has made awesome progress.

I also volunteer in a community outreach program where we help dogs living on the end of a chain.
