The Baby Kottage offers a Monthly Fitness Challenge for it's members!
Simply sign up! You will be assigned a team, and every week, post your points accordingly. A great way to get fit and find support.

* 5 point for each pound loss/gained for your particular situation.
* 1 point for every minute of exercise per day (chores and doing household work will not count. It must be something like speed walking for 30 minutes, ran 1 mile on the treadmill, 20 minutes of Pilates, or a video workout for 45 minutes. MUST BE CONTINUOUS TIME, NOT CUMULATIVE.)
* 5 points for every day you fulfill your Life Changing Goal. Max 2 goals or 10 points.
* 5 points for every diet goal met. Max 3 goals, or 15 points

* 10 points for drinking 8 cups of 8 ounces of water a day. Soda, tea, coffee etc does not count. MUST have drank the full 64 oz in order to receive the points. No ½ points will be awarded.

* 10 points per Sexercise activity. 40 points MAX per day.
