Actors and actresses who have brought the Batman characters to life
Batman is a Comic Book Superhero who was introduced in 1939 by Bob Kane and Bill Finger, over the years they also added a few different Batman characters to assist him in his crime fighting along with all the Batman villains who kept them on their toes. Then in 1943 and 1949, Colombia Pictures decided to make a television series out of Batman and Robin. Ever since then there's been numerous animated Batman versions, as well as the 1966 Adam West/Burt Ward version. After the Adam West Batman was canceled in 1968 it took over 20 years for another live Batman character to take up residence in Gotham City.
