Quick, what do you think of The Baudelaire Orphans?
Violet
Violet Baudelaire is one of the main characters in the popular children's book series, A Series of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snicket. In the film she is portrayed by Emily Browning. Violet is the eldest child of the Baudelaire orphans. Her younger siblings are her brother Klaus and her sister Sunny. When Violet is of age (eighteen years old), she will inherit the Baudelaire fortune. Violet mentioned in The Bad Beginning that she can not cook anything except toast (and she sometimes burns the toast). As explained in the movie as well as the books, appearances mean nothing to her, although she herself is very beautiful. In the movie, Lemony Snicket calls all three of the Baudelaires "reasonably attractive". In the first book she is 14 years old, and in The Grim Grotto she is 15. By the end of the series she is 16. Violet's favorite book is The Life of Nikola Tesla, and she has a strong allergy to peppermints, which she shares with her siblings, and gets from her mother, as revealed in The Beatrice Letters.

The First Terrible Titles
Klaus
Klaus Baudelaire is one of the main characters in the popular children's book series, A Series of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snicket. His first name is possibly derived from Claus von Bülow.
Klaus is the middle child of the Baudelaire orphans; he has an older sister named Violet and a younger sister named Sunny. He is twelve years old at the beginning of the series, and turns thirteen in The Vile Village. He is fourteen by the end of the series.
Klaus despises parsley soda, after having to drink it at 667 Dark Avenue while under the care of Jerome and Esmé Squalor, and states in The Hostile Hospital that needles make him nervous. It is stated in The Grim Grotto that he finds the Water Cycle to be dull.

More Terrible Titles
Sunny
Sunny Baudelaire is one of the main characters from Lemony Snicket's series of books, A Series of Unfortunate Events. In the film she is portrayed by Kara and Shelby Hoffman.
She is the youngest of the Baudelaires. Her two elder siblings are Violet and Klaus Baudelaire. She is described as being an infant throughout much of the series, and as a young (albeit advanced) child toward the end. Sunny can't talk quite as well as the others because she's only a baby, but the baby noises that she makes are often very well translated into common English words by her older siblings. As the series progresses, her speech begins to grow and by the end of the series she is speaking in full sentences. Sunny's favorite book is From Molars to Incisors: A Pictorial History of the Tooth, and she hates limp food. Her love of biting isn't as common late in the series, though, when she develops a love of cooking.
Played by Kara and Shelby Hoffman
Kara Irene and Shelby Ann Hoffman were born August 2, 2002 in Los Angeles, California.
