Selling hand crocheted treasures
Someone I admire (JaguarJulie) has encouraged me to start a shop on Etsy to sell my Earth Friendly Shopping Bags.
I gave the idea some careful consideration. After all, I do have my "Hats For Homeless" project to consider. The concept of having my own little shop is so exciting, I decided to go for it. I can make a hat for the homeless, then make something for my shop. If I keep alternating like that, I should have plenty of hats to donate and plenty of things for my shop.
JaguarJulie also suggested I do more than just Shopping Bags. I have thus added some of my favorite things to make: a smaller tote bag with charms, fingerless gloves, scarves and caps.
I would like to give JaguarJulie a public great big "THANK YOU, JAGUARJULIE, FOR YOUR ENCOURAGEMENT."
Also, I would like to give credit to Kirsti, aka Comfortdoc, for suggesting I make a lens about my shop. "THANK YOU, COMFORTDOC."

My oldest grandchild, Randi Kay, is my Angel. And that is her nickname. While struggling to come up with an appropriate name for my little shop, Randi happened to come into my view and the light bulb lit up. I crochet and she's our Angel.
