Can creativity really be corralled and molded into the shape we desire? Can we really "craft" a creative life, or are we at the whim of serendipity? Perhaps we can only be open to the ebb and flow of art and inspiration, allowing them to form our lives into journeys that are delicious to experience; paths that excite our passions and stimulate our minds. Having a creative life is possible only if we are mindful of opportunities that come our way while we keep the window of imagination open. "Crafting" a creative life is simply making sure we drink in whatever rays of inspiration shine in through that open window. Now drink up! Happy crafting.
