The Greatest Show on Earth: The Evidence for Evolution

is an excellent read. The best part of the book is that you do not have to be a scientist to understand what Richard Dawkins is telling you. I have read other books by Dawkins that could be just a little challenging and needed a dictionary by my side to look up a few words but this book is not like that at all.

This book is a much needed read by everyone. It clears up the mysteries that religion has placed on our origins. The book brings fact to life is marvelous and wondrous way. I know many religious people will not read this book, but if they would just open their minds and explore what is in this book I think they will find it fascinating.

If you have never read a Richard Dawkins book before then this is the one to start with. It is much easier to read and will give you a better understanding of his other books should you choose to read them later. I give The Greatest Show on Earth: The Evidence for Evolution a 5 Star Rating.

There are a few great books on evolution but this is a superior book long overdue by today's leading communicator of science. You should get it and think through it, especially if you're a "history-denier." Face the evidence and then change your beliefs. It's the intellectually honest thing to do. Then you too will thank Dawkins like so many of us have for his writing in these areas.
