Arsenal FC - also known as The Gunners - is a professional football club, playing in the English Premier league. Arsenal FC is one of the most successful English clubs. In total they have won 13 league titles, most recently in 2004, and 10 FA Cup competitions.
On the European scene Arsenal FC has been less fortunate, and only won one competition, the UEFA Cup Winners Cup (now known as the UEFA Cup) in 1994. They have, however, been participants in a number of finals in the UEFA Cup as well as the UEFA Champions League.
During the years of 1913-2006 Arsenal FC played their home games at the Highbury Stadium, but in May 2006 they moved to the brand new Emirates Stadium, a 60,000 all seater stadium.
Arsenal FC is the only top 4 club in the Premier League still owned primarily by English investors. This, together with the club being ranked as the 3rd most valuable football club in the world, has made it a target for a buyout by foreign investors.
Arsenal FC is managed by Arsene Wenger, who has been in charge of the club since 1996, and is one of the longest serving managers in the club history.

- I hope we don't have any repeat of the Hull/Sunderland games this season. Just really dire stuff. Arsenal are just so inconsistent at the moment. It needs to change if we're going to mount a serious challenge for the title.
