More and more these days we are hearing reports about the side effects of prescription drugs. Besides causing problems with the liver or heart, they even cause death. It's hard to believe and even harder to accept that something that is supposed to make you better...causes more problems or even death.

That's why I believe in natural and holistic health and healing options. I use EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) for aches, pains, anxiety, depression... just about everything. It has become such a habit that I now think of using it before anything else. It doesn't always work, or at least not as quickly as I would like, but it sure beats some of the alternatives.

EFT is not only great for health purposes. It can also help you clear limiting beliefs about success and money. Most of us are brought up being told such things as: you have to work hard to make money, money is the root of all evil, rich people are selfish, and so on. EFT will help you get rid of these types of beliefs. It can also help you discover your life's purpose, set and reach goals. You really can live your dreams when you use EFT.

There are many other options in the world of Natural Health and Healing. They include Aromatherapy, Essential Oils, Self-Hypnosis, Meditation, Reiki, Numerology. The list goes on and on. I do a lot of research and try different modalities. Not everything works for me, or I should say, some things work better than others for me; so I use what works for me and what I find enjoyable. I provide the resources of everything I try on my website because everyone is different so you might find something that works very well for you that didn't work so well for me.
