The Note Firm is one of very few known note-based companies in Florida. But we are the only one with a Squidoo page as cool as this. We were started in early 2007 and quickly acquired two large contracts with multi-million dollar investors. One of these investors has issued approximately 275 contracts since 1998- needless to say this is a great opportunity.
We specialize in the brokering of seller-financed notes. We are paid by our investors to find people who own notes and structure a deal for the investor to buy. This means that we stick no points, fees, or hidden charges to the final check our client receives.

Not many brokerage companies offer appraisal services. And beause of that, not many people know they can get one. As of now, The Note Firm is the central Florida's appraisal specialist which is why we are an asset to attorneys in our area.
When you are thinking about selling your note, you want to have an idea of what your note is worth. Sometimes you just need to know for future's sake or for a portfolio. Whatever your reason, an appraisal is the way to go.
An appraisal is different from a consultation in the same way a purchase offer on a home is different from an actual appraisal. You can better understand your note and what investors look for knowing the value in advance.
