Extending the Perfect Apology

We're all human and we all make mistakes.  Problem is... nobody shows us how to apologize for them. How exactly are we supposed to know what to do?

We almost always have to learn the hard way - by trial and error. There are no guidebooks for apologies and no manuals.  No wonder Munch's "The Scream" became so popular...

And speaking of guidebooks, we have a whole list of things that make us scream....but for now, a few friends and colleagues decided to put a website together that would show people how to apologize in their personal life, and how to extend an effective business apology. 

The business side of apologies is pretty interesting.  We look at how apologies have become an integral part of customer service, how they play into customer loyalty and how they should be included in every customer retention program. Once we master this topic, we'll move on to the rest.

Our latest area of interest is in medical apologies.  As humans we all make mistakes but what happens when those mistakes cost someone their health...or even life????
