Many people choose to rush out and grab on to the newest fad in cleansing protocols that they have read in a magazine or, perhaps heard on TV. Cleansing is NOT about doing a 3-day, 7-day, or even a 21-day detox, but it IS about transitioning into a lifestyle change.
