Reflections & Reservations
The Tapestry Reserve is a place for the Tapestry to give back to the world through protecting the environment. The first property is located in Wood County, West Virginia. This is the first of many properties that the Tapestry is dedicated to purchase and place into the Tapestry Reserv Trust.
Once in trust, the Reserve exists for people to get away from it all and connect with nature.

It is totally a wonderful place and we are thankful to have a part in it. There was a threat to timber. This 50 acres of land that abuts the state park actually was being looked at by the local paper mill. They bought the property across the road from it and clear cut it every 30 or so years. And you would be totally welcome to check it out! We plan to have part of it available for camping! (Check out our fundraising page here). Posted April 04, 2008 |

what a wonderful place you have decided to save. Was there a threat to this area becoming housing, industry, clear-cut?? I would love to walk or ride a horse through those woods. Maybe someday...
