Affirmation Insurance
How to put your 'but what about #&*$" voice to sleep
You know when you have written out a perfect affirmation and your little nagging voice says "But what about this problem and that difficult situation, I can't just ignore all the bad things going on and expect miracles!" You need to put that little nag to sleep and here's how.
At the end of all your affirmations just add the sentence "and everything has helped this to happen"
I call it Affirmation Insurance. It doesn't matter what crap is going on around you, you say your affirmation and the 'and everything has helped this to happen' tag on the end and Bham, that nagging voice has nothing to nag about, because you have just affirmed that even this problem or that sticky situation has helped the subject of the affirmation come about.
