Walking around High School (and perhaps well into adulthood?), we girls always complain about the same thing. It goes something like this--
Hot guys are always one of the following:

Decent, Respectful, but taken
These guys are the ones you really want to meet. Unfortunately, chances are slim. They have been taken already, and they fact that they are decent would hinder him from straying.

Total Jerk, but taken
Definitely taken, but not exclusive. His girlfriend(s) think(s) so, but he knows he's not exclusively for her. Changes are that he won't be exclusive for anyone.

Single, but is total jerk or is a "walking STI"
Definitely available and makes it well known. Different girl every month, week, two days, or hour! You can have your piece, but be content with it. There is only a certain slice available for you!

Single, but gay.
Yeah, it says it all. Definitely NOT available. They make awesome friends, please note!

Of course, this leaves us with exactly one option out of these four. Okay, maybe two... However, the word 'jerk' is definitely involved.

These male creatures are smooth operators. They work hard to look good-- okay, maybe they DON'T, but they sure work hard to make people fall for them. Looks maybe natural, but honey, they work hard to be liked, loved, adored, worshiped.

I have a belief that they have an amazing sense of how girls work. For one thing, they know how to work females (at least those who haven't been around the block once or twice). They know what to say, how to react, and how to LIE LIE LIE!

A "Park Girl" starts out like any other normal girl. They probably adored The Spice Girls, Nsync, or any other type of typical girl stuff (depending on your time). They hit puberty just like normal pre-teens, etc.

However, what makes them special is that... well, they are "Park Girls." But, they hardly made themselves "park girls." The title only comes after they have been seen and treated as "park girls" by guys.

I was told that men see females in three different ways:

Some women are seen as "Pretty." They would be the girls/women they'd want to have as a girlfriend/wife. They are the women/girls that men/boys want to take home to meet the family.

Some women are seen as "Smart." They are the type of females men respect. They respect their intelligence, but they don't necessarily see them as more than a friend or colleague.

Some women are seen as "Sexy." They are the type that the guys just really want to mess around with. They would never been considered as relationship material. They are never taken seriously. Ever.

Note to the Females: Seriously, you don't want to be seen as just ONE of the three. It would be nice to be seen as all THREE.

"Park Girls" generally fall into the "sexy" category. It's just they way that the guys see them. Now, there is no fixed blame on how this happened, but a girl only becomes a "Park Girl" once a guy treats her like one, and if she lets him treat her like one.
