It teaches sound nutritional and workout strategies that the author, a personal trainer and nutrition specialist, uses on his own clients every day.

While the information isn't the most fun to read and the book wont "keep you on the edge of your seat," it will give you an easy to follow program that will show you step by step, exactly how to eat and workout in order to burn your body fat, build muscle, and get a set of six pack abs. Someone like this will have to start with the diet only at first, then slowly progress through the workouts.

The answer to this question is...No. This program won't give you a six pack...

What it will do is give you all the information you need for YOU to build a six pack. Thats the biggest problem these days. So many people are just looking for a "quick fix" or some miracle abs product...
