How does it work?


This program is based on a specific type of exercise - body weight exercise.

There is no use of exercise equipment meaning exercise machinery. The reasoning behind this is Mr. Atlas experience has proven that a woman's body responds better to body weight exercises.

His theory is that to remove cellulite and to smooth,shape,lift,and firm the parts of the lower body the use of machines actually prohibits the kind of results a woman wants for her lower body.

There are specific body weight exercises that are done in sequence. There is a lot of emphasis on the sequence to the exercises. There is a connection between the exercises and in the order you do them that increases their ability to give you faster and more satisfying results.

There are diet recommendations to this program that are easy to follow and use everyday foods.

There is emphasis on you getting your mindset around the fact that to be successful you need to be consistent with the exercises. As with all exercise programs consistency is the key. You gotta do the work to get the results.

The big difference is the use of body weight exercise and the reasoning why they work specifically for a woman's body.

Joey Atlas is know as the woman's trainer. He got that name because the women he trained got amazing results from the system that he developed. His female clients were spreading the word that he had something that worked and worked well in all areas of the lower body.

The problem areas of the lower stomach, butt, thighs and legs especially when cellulite is present are difficult to get consistent results. He has created a system that these and many other woman have responded to.

Specifically his amazing and consistent success is due to;

-using body weight exercises that utilize all types of muscle contractility.

-these are concentric contractility- which is muscle shortening
eccentric contratility- which is muscle lengthening
isometric contractility which is a static contractiltiy ( an example of this would be to press you palms together and push against each other)

It is the specific combination of these principals and the sequencing he has developed that a woman's body responds to that gets the desired results.

There are a lot of muscles in the lower body and while they serve specific functions they work as a unit. A woman's body while not different from a mans in the actual number and type of muscles need to respond to exercise in a way that will get results for their problem areas and to rid these areas of cellulite.
