Universal Prayer - Meditation - Having a Quiet Time

I try and spend an hour or two each day in quiet contemplation and meditation. Sometimes I pray for my family, friends and for world issues. Asking for wisdom in writing my novels, seeking guidance from the Universe on how to better myself, and find happiness. I have yet to say that I'm totally content and happy with my life. There are times that I feel nothing but despair, and suffer from depression. In those times I have learned to take a small nap, listen to a meditation CD or log into my Idea Girl Consulting You Tube Playlist and find a meditation topic that I like. I have one's that cover Solfreggio tones, healing, expanding the mind, binaural beats, intuition, music, writing, publishing, you name it, I've added it to my playlist.

It's a time to give yourself spiritual strength "before" the trials of life come your way. You will have your spiritual ammunition ready and be able to handle any situation that you find yourself in.

Many years of struggling with things has taught me that we go through certain trials and tribulations so that we may be a tower of strength to someone who is weaker than us. We gain strength by working with our physical muscles, and the same applies in the spirit world. Praying on a daily basis, gives you the confidence and faith to believe that someone or something greater than you is there for you when you need them. Be it God , or the Universe, call on the powers that be to help you with your everyday life. To help you in times of need and in times when you can be of service to others.

We are here on this earth to love those around us, be supportive, have fun and enjoy each and every day the best way possible. No matter how difficult it seems, we must trust in ourselves and in the powers that be, that we will have the strength to make it till tomorrow. If we don't then we will gladly leave this world behind and walk into a new life in the spirit.

They terrorize us with worry about the auto plants shutting down and 600,000 people being unemployed.
The dollar is falling and they have to adjust interest rates and this means less interest earned on your savings account.
Your financial portfolio's are suffering losses and so is the stock market.
Gas prices are falling too quickly so they will be cutting back on production so that it can stabilize. (Meaning so they can raise the prices up and rip us off again!)
The Iraq war is almost won? How can you "almost"win a war? Many of us don't even understand what this war is about?

How about some good news? No?
We don't have any good news?
Well we do but that doesn't sell!
We need to get the people's adrenaline going.
Put fear in their hearts.
Retail is slow now let's make it slower by putting the fear of job loss in their heads.

Any solutions to this problem?
Well not really.
You see our Government is scrambling and busy auditing its many departments and its finding crooks here and there.
Let's take the focus off the big problem by causing these sensational little diversions!
People lap up sensationalism.
Give them some bait and they will bite.
They will forget about the big problem that was announced a few weeks back.
That's old news!

The Government stands there and scratches it's head.
They converse and argue their points of view.
Problem has gotten bigger now what should we do?
Well we need to generate jobs and money so let's start a war over here.
Everyone will benefit.
Hey these people like to fight!
It will keep them all occupied and off the problem at hand.

Don't you know that the Universe has a solution to every human problem possible?
Who is taking the time to listen?
You know those dreams you've been having?
Those are ideas for a better future!
Could you please make a note of them and discuss it amongst yourselves.

I've been trying to tell several people what to do about this problem but no one is listening!
Your all too busy worrying about the problems and none of you is looking for the solutions.

Don't you know that if you meditate and follow your gut instincts that the answer will eventually come to you?
My name is Intuition or call me the Universe if you like.
I'm here to help you.
All I need you to do is just listen to me for once!

I will teach you how to attack the problem at hand and how to find a solution and make the problem go away.
Now wouldn't that be nice?
I'll take away your problems but then again you know on a daily basis new problems will arise.

It's the law of nature.
One problem solved another is given.
It's all part of the process of life so that you may learn something new and wonderful today!
