The Virtual CFO Services from CPA for Small Business, LLC

The Virtual CFO Services from CPA for Small Business, LLC provides you with high-level financial management, analysis, and advice from an experienced small business CFO on an as needed basis.

The guidance you receive from The Virtual CFO is normally only gained by employing an experienced CFO on a full-time basis. For many small businesses, this is cost prohibitive as there is not enough work to keep a CFO occupied in a full-time position.

The Virtual CFO Services are billed either an hourly or a flat monthly rate.

Small Business Accounting Services from CPA for Small Business, LLC

Small Business Accounting Services give you the option of outsourcing the functional accounting duties of your business. These services include bookkeeping, payroll, and the preparation of routine Federal, State, and local tax filings.

Small Business Accounting Services provide three primary benefits to you: (1) your accounting system will be maintained by someone with a level of experience that is generally cost prohibitive to provide in-house at many small businesses, (2) your accounting system will be routinely reviewed by The Virtual CFO for problems and errors, and (3) you will increase your profitability because you will only be paying for the time needed to perform these duties (instead of employing someone on a full or part-time basis).

Small Business Accounting Services are billed either an hourly or a flat monthly rate.

CPA Services from CPA for Small Business, LLC

CPA Services are the services that public accounting firms traditionally provided, including financial statement preparation, tax advice, and tax return preparation.

About TheVirtualCFO

I am the president and owner of CPA for Small Business, LLC, a public accounting firm that provides small businesses with high-level financial management expertise on an as needed basis. We offer both Virtual CFO and management advisory services. CPA for Small Business, LLC also provides traditional public accounting services, taxes, bookkeeping, and payroll.

But I must let you know that I am not your typical CPA.

I have a broad range of business experiences that public accountants rarely have, including 15-years of hands-on experience in small business sales, sales management, operations, and financial management.

I also owned and managed an entrepreneurial, start-up company in a highly competitive industry.

I've both worked for small business owners and been the entrepreneur with employees who depend on me for their income. I've found this vast and varied experience allows me to advise small business operators with real world knowledge.

I'm a CPA who has been in the trenches and has the war wounds every small business owner suffers.

Now I want to share the lessons I've learned.
