the only digital magazine for work-at-home parents

TheWAHMmagazine is a new resource for work-at-home parents. It's fresh. It's green. It's a bi-monthly cutting edge publication about the whole enchilada of issues that parents who work from home (or want to) face.

About theWAHMmagazine

New media voice for work-at-home parents.

Launched January 5, 2008, we're working on our third issue right now! (Issue two is live.) The articles in theWAHMmagazine are timely and written by professional writers who know what they're talking about and who know about and understand the various and changing needs of parents who work from home. So whether you've been working from home for a day or 365 days, were a work-at-home parent 30 years ago or have been doing it for 30 years or any time in between, or you're thinking of becoming a work-at-home parent, theWAHMmagazine is the magazine for you and your lifestyle. We know, because we live the life.

So tell me more
TheWAHMmagazine was created and designed by a WAHM, and all of the editorial staff is composed of people who work from home (some with kids, some without), but the long and the short of it is that we get it. I designed theWAHMmagazine to provide a content-driven resource for work-at-home parents. I wanted to see something that offered well-written information that went beyond providing simple links, and something that was engaging, fun and addressed the entire lifestyle of being a work-at-home parent. My husband telecommutes part of the week and I work-at-home full time running my editing business. Despite the wide range of work-at-home resources out there, I saw a need for something more and decided to try and fill it. Don't believe me? Read what people who have read theWAHMmagazine are saying about us. Better yet, become a subscriber and see what you're missing.

Why digital?
According to a recent seminar at Folio magazine, digital publications are only going to increase in the coming years. That puts this WAH publication on the cutting edge of magazine publication technology.

What does it mean for you? It puts you there too. From business issues to parenting issues to health and fitness, reclaiming your time with relaxation and rejuvenation and much, much more, theWAHMmagazine has got it all. We even have new media embedded in the publication.

For subscribers, it means having the information work-at-home parents need and want right at their fingertips in a familiar format and without the mailbox clutter. For magazine advertisers, it means capturing the market share more quickly--ads open up right to your site(s), and according to experts, readers of digital editions spend more time with the publications than readers of Web-only platforms.

Make theWAHMmagazine one of your work-at-home parenting resources today. We even have fun theWAHMmagazine gear too.
